That was part of what I used to like about this store; finding useful things from the 70/80/90's that are no longer made but still were useful. In addition, my receipt did not say ottoman on it. I immediately informed the owner, Lisy, and she agreed to take the ottoman back-- which her boyfriend Marco took back that same day they delivered my item. The agreement was, she would provide me with the other piece of the couch. It is now September and I still have not received the couch. Further more, I began to do some research and saw the same couch set online for $1200- the couch had a total 6 pieces including an ottoman for $1200!!! Beyond upset! Why would I pay $1550 for 3 pieces of an "L" shaped couch, when I could get the same couch, all 6 pieces, including an ottoman for $1200. She owes me two pieces of couch. The ottoman should be included as well for $1550 because that's how it's advertised below for $1200. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Misleading, over-priced and rude. The same furniture brands that she sells ( e.g., Coaster products and Acme) can be found online for much cheaper. You could also find the same items on Wayfair and the customer service is better!!! And Wayfair also has a monthly payment plan and you can get your items right away. Unlike this unprofessional place where you pay in full before you get your items and even then, you don't even get what you paid for. Case in point, it's almost October, I'm out of $1550 and I currently have 3 pieces of a damn 6 piece "L" shaped couch in my living room. 3?pieces!!!! Not 5 like my receipt said. Don't let his be you! There was a pair of little girls Mexican sandals, that I just wish I had a little girl in my life to get them for. This store is so beautifully styled, that alone is a masterpiece. There was one lady working, I'm not sure if she's the owner, she said I could try on anything I like. I looked at a pair of really fun earrings, but they were clip ons, and a bit too big for me, so I passed. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives. From an informative, patient and friendly salesman (Joe) to everyone else in the store, we were treated as well as we could have desired. Prices were a bit lower than those of other dealers, too.
