Large mall in most populated city in state of Florida. Loaded with restaurant and Macy's as anchor store.

A decent enough small indoor mall in central Hialeah, with some good stores. They have Kay's (see my review), J.C.Penney, Bath and Body works, Claire's, Macy's, Journeys, Pandora (see my review), Papaya, Spencers (see my review), Victoria secrets, Zales and a small food court and more. Plenty of parking outside. Located at w 49th street. Check out their website - https://www.shoppingwestlandmall.com/

Nice regional mall in Hialeah with JC Penney and Macy's. Not as upscale as Dadeland or Aventura but still a good selection of stores to shop at including a Radio Shack! The food court has a McDonalds which is always handy for a quick snack along with some other fast food outlets. If you live in Hialeah and don't feel like driving all the way to Aventura or Dadeland this is a decent alternative.

this week i went to the mall with my brother he wanted to go to the candy store so we did, the store was clean but as soon as we were asking for help and where the bags were to fill the candy, this tiny worker goes "are you blind? it's right there" rolls her eyes and goes on her phone. what type of customer service is that? although i have seen her when i go to the mall on her phone or picking out the candy WITH HER HANDS!!! WHO knows she could be unsanitary

Unless it's for electronics, I severely dislike shopping. With. A. Passion. Ask Wine Goddess Michelle C., I always make a sarcastic compliment to her shopping reviews. Still, it's the Holiday Season and that involves getting a token of appreciation for those nearest and dearest to us. What better place to do this shopping, then than in my homeland's WESTLAND mall. Five stars too for Yelp getting it right instead of the name misprinted at the entrance. Store selection is typical as any mall. Menswear. Women's Wear. Shoes (don't look M.C. and S.G. :) Sporting Goods. Electronics. Parking is about average, a big lot fronting West 49th Street, and adjacent to an offramp from the Palmetto Expressway. Security seemed especially heavy tonight with Hialeah's finest protecting us shoppers. But what takes this mall over the top is the beautiful blend with the community and all the quirks that we have all come to love about Hialeah.. ..such as the hearing of "acere" multiple times http://youtu.be/knvUE5OOqYY and the perfume salesladies sharing their colada with the shoppers in their store. Or the Barbie Princess rope chains..or both Cafecito and Churro shops in the food court as well as a Froyo Shop. A perfect blend, just like the great city, Dalee!

I have not been inside Westland Mall in years. What a dramatic change. It must have gone thru an extensive remodel because this mall looks absolutely gorgeous. Growing up this was the nearest mall to my family's home. I had started coming here as a young child...heck I have memories of being a child and coming to this mall to take pictures with the mall Santa.... I mean we are talking about years of patronage. I made a lot of memories in here....some bad....mostly good. But this was never really a place I was proud of going to....it didn't look nice...it wasn't cool. My friends used to joke around and call it Wasteland Mall. Now though it's amazing, beautiful, full of great stores you want to come to. I wish I had this mall near my new home. There are also plenty of like Cuban Guys, Chili's, IHOP (or is it IHOB now?) and others as well as an extensive food court. Plenty of great stores to buy from. It's almost like a totally new mall except for a few stores that have always been there. The only negative I can bring up is that Westland Mall used to have valet parking. I hate looking for a place to park in a mall and hate even more looking for the place I parked in because I almost never remember. Having the valet parking was always a life saver for me.... they should have kept it. I only wish my mall could go thru a remodeling like this one.

It's STILL Westland

I am ecstatic to inform that they took it up a notch and added Express, Aeropostale, a mini Cafe Bar-esque looking place, and one of those new trendy Yogurt places.

Main Street located in the heart of Miami Lakes! It's a two…read moreblock strip with shops, hair salons, barber, nail place, boutiques, pet store that offers grooming services, cold stone ice cream, movie theater, juice bar, sports bar with pool tables, several restaurants/cafe and a bar. My favorite eating spots may be Korner67 and 100 Montaditos . Oh let's not forget the yummy Novillo Restaurant ( for a good churasco and pinto rice) and the Old Shulas sports bar that is now I believe it's called Miami Lakes sports bar. The strip has a real estate office. On Saturdays they host a farmers market. A street is closed down for the set up and several vendors set up their tents. I've seen new comer bands set up in the outside open area. At night it's lighted up with lights on the trees. At night they will close a street for more walking area and you will see police officers guiding the guest and keeping us safe. During the start of the Christmas season they do a reveal of the lighting of the tree! The strip is well kept. Free Parking areas available surrounding the strip. So you may just find anything you're looking for in MainStreet. The only thing is while they have a few fashion clothing stop for women... there may be only 1 store that offers a laid back mens clothing. Or even for just a walk through the strip. I' live close by so I remember going to MainStrret as a teenager. The strip has closed many doors (to say a few: Tony Romas, Johnny Rockets, Mia Boutique, Peeky Boo) but something else opens that's just as good.

This place is pretty good! I found some nice stuff, and the staff was helpful. It's a bit cramped,…read morebut overall a solid shopping experience. Would recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Embarrassing but I even broke a nail because I was doing so much digging! Lol I went back last week for $5 Monday & will be going again tomorrow as well! I haven't done their $10 or $12 days because of work but I am absolutely looking forward to dragging my family out next weekend to see if we get lucky! They have a ton of appliances on the weekends! The amount of money you save overall & the value of the items is unmatched. Naturally, some items are a steal on the $2 days & not so much the $12 days but it's all at your discretion. The last Monday I went was my favorite. I spent a couple hundred but left feeling like I robbed them lol there had to be at least 55 items in my cart. BUT THE VALUE! We are talking a hidden camera($40,) genuine leather journals($55 & $30$, curling heated brush($35), truffle therapy oil($30), bamboo ziploc organizer set($25)! Aventura Mall will always have a special place in my heart…read more Growing up in Miami Beach we often would take the S bus down to Aventura and just hang out. Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

From the moment you arrive, everything about this place feels elevated. The scale alone is impressive--it's not just a mall, it's an experience. You'll find an incredible lineup of designer and luxury boutiques, alongside popular brands, making it easy to go from high-end splurging to everyday shopping all in one visit. Whether you're browsing or on a mission, the selection here is unmatched in South Florida. What truly sets Aventura Mall apart is the variety. The store mix is perfectly curated--fashion, beauty, home, accessories--you name it, it's here. And it's not just about shopping. The dining scene is just as strong, with a wide range of restaurants and cafés that make it easy to turn a quick trip into a full day out. From casual bites to more upscale dining, everything feels thoughtfully selected and consistently high quality. Parking--something that can make or break a shopping experience--is refreshingly easy here. There are multiple garages and plenty of spaces, which is a huge plus, especially for a destination this popular. You never feel like you're fighting just to get in the door. The entire mall is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern, open feel that makes walking around enjoyable. There's also an upscale, energetic vibe that makes every visit feel a little special--whether you're shopping, dining, or simply strolling. This is, without a doubt, my go-to mall in South Florida. I absolutely love coming here--it never disappoints. If you're looking for variety, luxury, convenience, and a polished shopping experience all in one place, Aventura Mall delivers every single time.
