I've spends hundreds with this company for them to be so selfish to not replace a shirt that they messed up. Our cleaners also didn't use as much heavy starch as I had requested, and the quality was going downhill. I dropped off our clothes one morning, mentioned heavy starch on the men's shirts, and was told they'd be ready within two days. No problem. I came toward the end of the week, and my husband's dress shirts could basically stand on their own. They did a stellar job! We've already returned a few times with other items and have remained pleased with their service. Their pricing is competitive within the area, and I find them to be reasonable. The added bonus is the drive-thru, which helps when you're wanting to zip through pickup. The inside is also spotless, and you can tell they keep things clean and tidy.

I'm unsure how my review was removed but here it is again. We had been going to Market Cleaners for…read moreat least 10 years and we went here because it was convenient. I had several items come home missing buttons or poorly pressed. One blazer had all 3 (very nice) "Armani" buttons missing and they never could be found. So, I don't recommend taking nice clothing here. I had another designer top that was altogether missing. The final straw was an experience with 2 young girls working here. I walked in joking that I must look like Santa Clause with my huge, green bag of laundry. They glared at me and told me they did not appreciate me bringing in so many items before closing. One of them was so rude that she was saying the "F" word to me. I told her it was not appropriate in a place of business. She told me she highly doubts I don't say it, so I need to stop judging. What? Anyhow, needless to say we left without dropping off our clothing and we have not been back. There is no reason for this kind of treatment and when we told upper management, they did not seem to care or offer an apology. They seemed apathetic when we brought this to their attention. BTW, I left the store before closing time.

In speaking with him, he referred to the initiation of the center as, the project, and I found that to be exacting. From the cleanliness of the entire, spacious building, and all machines, to the massage chairs, the wonderful, small store, upfront, the organization, the arcade games for the kiddies, and more, I strongly recommend that if you are within 15 miles of this laundry center, and require the service, it is well worth the trip! Tucked away, in a small plaza on Eastex Fwy., running along 59N, in Porter, this quiet laundromat is refreshing. It was my first time going, but, certainly, will not be my last! BTW, the free dryers during the week, is a wonderful caveat, as well as the pick up/delivery service! Thank you, Sam and Norma!

I washed them & then put them in dryer #3. I was the only one there and I did not leave the premises, I did step outside while waiting for my clothes to dry. At EXACTLY 11:57 PM, I tried opening the door to get back into the washateria. DOOR LOCKED. The open sign however was still shining bright. Whatever the keypad is for on the door I started pushing that button with no success of anything. 3 minutes later at 12:00 midnight the open sign turns off. I did not know what to do so I wrote a note stating who I was and that might clothes were in dryer number three and I would return in the morning to get them and slid it underneath the door and I left. I returned the following morning with the washateria open for business but no employee on site and my clothes not to be found in dryer #3. I called the phone number to the business which reaches a lady that works for the call center and she knew exactly what I was calling for and told me that my clothes had been stolen. She said she has video camera footage of who took them but that I would need to file a police report in order for her to release it on social media to identify the thief. I filed a police report with the Tomball Police department. The thief has not been identified yet but I feel I clean washateria is partially responsible because they locked the door early. These are designer clothes that retail for over $1,000. I will never do laundry here again
