    Just moved up from Florida YESTERDAY and came to Westgate Kia interested in the K5. I got a call early in the morning to schedule an appointment and was accommodated within 30 mins since I was planning on heading there today anyway. Ricky helped us throughout the entire process and was PHENOMENAL! Greeted us from the moment we parked. Worked out the best trade in value for my previous car and got us a great deal on the K5 GT Line! Will definitely be coming back with my husband to purchase his car.

I need front contol arms now quoted $1500.00 dollars, and I where do I get this money from. I left the store two weeks ago Sunday and the card die on me in the middle of the road. I called my husband and he came, he said try the car and I push the start button and it started. Now that previous Tuesday I was at Crossroads getting my oil changed, battery checked, tires rotated etc. Scott told me I needed a battery. I told him I purchase that battery in January from them look at the records. I did not drive that car until I had to go back to work on Wednesday. I went to Auto Zone to get it checked it was at a high percentage, but I was thinking would Nissan tell me something so I can come back and buy a battery?

    Went with my daughter and son in law to trade vehicles. They had three they were interested in…read more They were FILTHY. One was so bad the salesman took it to the car wash before bringing it to the front of the building. All three cars were in the 19-20k range. One, a Toyota RAV 4 had a "structural damage" on the CARFAX. The other two were 2021 Honda HRVs. One was pretty rough but still over 19k. The other was closer to 20k but was still filthy (this was the one taken to the car wash) . They were very interested in this car and was willing to purchase with a trade in. A 2019 Ford Escape. It did have heavy miles, 111,000, to be exact but is a super clean vehicle. They had a 2019 exactly like it on their lot for 17,900. They drove her trade in and came back saying the transmission didn't "feel right". They offered her 4000.00 on her trade in. I said "your kidding? You literally have one just like it on your lot for 17,900. He said yeah but it has half the miles (it had 57000) I said "then hers should be more half the money " then he started talking about the transmission and it would be an expensive fix. Again there was zero issues with the transmission. She told them she needed 6500 on her trade in. The salesman went to "talk with someone" and came back and said "5 is the best we can do" she stuck to her price and said "I need 6500." He said "If I can get you 65 will you buy today?" She said "yes". She had a pre approval check with her. He came back and said "alright we got it worked out for you!" She said "so you got me 65 for my trade in?" He said "I like your shot , but no, 5 is the best we can do. We left and went 15 miles down the road, found a 2022 Honda HRV that was spotless. Clean CARFAX, one year newer 2K cheaper and she got what she wanted on the trade in. She drove her new car home. I would NOT recommend this dealership. I am 59 years old and have dealt in cars my whole life and I would be ashamed to try to sell a car as nasty as those three were. The trade in was 100 times cleaner than the vehicles for sale. They missed a sale over 1500.00. I won't even get into them wanted 600.00 for an anti theft system and "clear UV window tint". I'm giving one star because it's the least star rating I can give.

The missus and I we're looking for a new vehicle to replace the one that got totaled in an accident. I ended up looking around for used hybrid vehicles in the area and landed on an Elantra at Johnson Hyundai. From the moment we arrived the experience was not like buying a car at a dealership traditionally is. This is where all, and I mean all, the praise needs to go to Josh. I will say that he single-handedly made the entire experience go from one in which we were simply looking to us leaving that day with her brand new car. We went in, showed the vehicle that we wanted to test drive, and Josh made it all happen after that. All in all we spent the better part of four hours working through the entire process from showing up to walking away with a new car. And now, just over two months later, she is still extremely happy with the purchase. I will say there was one downside of the entire day. By the time that we got into the finance room and we're finishing up the paperwork, the guy handling our paperwork, was for lack of any other identifying term, a prick. He was curt, abrasive, and just an unpleasant human which was shocking when compared to everyone else we dealt with that day. Certainly nothing to lose a sale, but by that point, we just wanted to be done. Overall, cannot recommend Johnson Hyundai enough. Never thought we would buy a Hyundai, but here we are, and happy! 4.75 Dealer Stars out of 5!

This cost me the loss of a $4,000 tax credit on my refund. They said they never did this and it was my problem, but it is hard to imagine a dealership not complying with an IRS requirement. Just blew me off like $4k was no big deal.

I honestly question why Ford even bothers with these "independently owned" franchises if they are completely unwilling--or perhaps too incompetent--to communicate with one another. The "System" is a Joke It is 2026. If I take my vehicle to a Ford-certified technician, that invoice and diagnostic report should be accessible by any other Ford dealership in the country. If your systems don't talk to each other and you can't see work performed within your own brand, what is the point of the Ford nameplate? It's a complete failure of infrastructure and a total breach of customer trust. Zero Respect for My Time Then there is the sheer lack of basic communication: The Problem: I was forced to drive 20 miles to the dealership, only to be told to my face that they wouldn't honor another Ford location's diagnostic work or warranty service. The Solution: A simple, two-minute phone call to let me know your "policy" before I wasted my afternoon. The Cost: Given the current price of gas, these losers should be reimbursing me for the mileage they wasted. The Verdict Neither Crossroads Ford nor Capital Ford are worth the steam off a pile of manure. They are disorganized, disrespectful, and predatory. He was very professional and knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond. That's where the good experience ended. When we went to the back to do the paperwork on a cash sale the finance guy (office to the far left on the back wall) had already typed up the paperwork without asking us how we wanted it titled. When we let him know that we would like the title in both of our names he told us that he didn't have time to do that. My husband asked how long it would take and he said 10 minutes.... The finance guy didn't have 10 minutes for an $80,000 sale.?!?! so interesting..... We literally just got up to walk out and he said "bye".... It's making me laugh to type that out because it was unreal. I have never in my life been talked to as disrespectfully as that man spoke to us or made to feel like an inconvenience when I tried buying something from someone. I'm sorry that Davis didn't make the sale... he worked hard for that. Davis actually should be sitting in that back left office and closing deals....he probably had 30 minutes if we needed it. Solution for management: That rude finance guy should have to pay Davis whatever his lost commission was out of his own pocket and maybe then he'd learn to act right. He obviously doesn't care about sales and closing deals. His bonus structure must only matter if you finance- cash means nothing to him..... he obviously didn't care about what was happening in his office. Find someone that does.
