I have called the Spring Location office over and over and have left numerous voice mails, I have tried chatting via text not one person from billing will return my calls, to try and resolve the issue. Do not under any circumstances decide to go to Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics!!!!!! I could not and would not recommend Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics to any person and especially friends or family members. The staff is really friendly because they haven't been beat down by life and ugly mouths day in and day out. They have excellent "bedside manner" while in your mouth. I actually had an appointment for the next day and decided to asked the front if they happened to have any last minute cancellations to where i could get seen the same day. Dr. Priya takes good care of my teeth and I try to see her at all my visits. Very gentle and caring and tells you as it is but in a very caring way. I'm always comfortable and even when my daughter comes with me to the visits she is able to sit in a little play area they have for kids and watch tv or play. She also is able to get a token and get something from the gumball machine which she loves. The assistants are so personable and friendly. With 20 years of experience comes a lot of wisdom about how to make people feel confident and at ease. I started going to him when I was in middle school (1989), so I know he's good with kids. His office staff is friendly, helpful, and experienced as well. They always remember little details about me and my family and seem to really care about us. Don't even worry about pain here. He's really careful and gentle with your mouth. Even in complex procedures, I felt no pain. Somehow, even when he gives you the shot it doesn't hurt. How is that possible?! Dr. G does excellent cosmetic dentistry. The front of one of my teeth chipped off, and he fixed it so well that my next dentist and hygienist were really surprised when they saw the x-ray and realized that tooth had been repaired! Though his prices sometimes exceeded what my insurance considered reasonable and customary, he was worth every penny.
