I chose this location because it was closest to me and the notary that notarized my paperwork screwed it up!!! She signed her name on the paperwork different than her seal, which screwed me!!! Even the manager looked over the paperwork and said everything was fine when it wasn't!!! I honestly didn't know it was messed up until I got notice from Bank of America that my paperwork was rejected!! How does that even happen? How the hell does a notary working for your bank screw up paperwork for your bank? This place is a joke!!!

Based on their clientele I would think they'd have more locations or at least more ATMs. If they want to stay small they should at least offer ATM fee refunds because the closest PVCU ATM to us is about 7 miles away which is not convenient.

Because of this delay your credits come out first before your deposits and now getting hit with Overdraft Fees Like Never Before. I visited the Westfield brank and was told by a teller that the system accepts codes even if they are invalid since it doesn't validate them. I asked if the promotion could be extended since it had just expired. The teller checked with management and informed me that no such courtesy could be extened for a new customer. I called headquarters and asked again if they would be able to extend the promotion for a new customer. I explained the main reason for opening the account place was the promotion and that the promotion still appears on their web site and no expiration date is listed. Again, I was told my request could not be honored. I informed the representative that I would be leaving negative feedback on Yelp and closing my account immediately. I left Peoples Bank 20 years ago due to their high fees and thought I would give them another chance. Seems not much has changed. There are many better options, including credit unions that are more likely to work with their customers. Stay away from Peoples Bank.
