I just dropped off used motor oil in the Automotive department. I was surprised when the gentleman…read morebehind the counter told me I had to fill out a log and enter my full name and address and how much oil I was leaving. I told him that no one else asked me to do this. He said they needed the information so they could account for how much they were receiving. Sorry Walmart, I'm not giving you my name just to drop off Oil. I've been purchasing Oil and dropping Oil off at that location for well over 20 years and now I'm done. You've lost me as a customer. I will go out of my way to buy anything I need anywhere else, but Walmart. Additionally, when I looked at the log to see what had been previously entered everything on, it was barely legible. I don't know how much good this is going to do you, Walmart. It seems kind of pointless to me. It's not a New York State law. It seems to be Walmart policy your policy just cost you a customer and I'm sure there's a few others out there too. Good luck with this.

Almost like they are trying to get the minimum price of each item up to $5. I'm a local and getting sick of it. They are losing a customer in me and pricing me out. I'd rather drive the 20 mins to the nearest Walmart, Wegman's (yes they are expensive but at least their produce isn't going bad), or Aldi, than give Shurfine any more of my money.

Wegmans. What's not to love?…read more Walked in before 7am and this place was already COOKIN. Bakery? On point. Local stuff? Plenty. Staff? Friendly, awake, and somehow happier than I was. This isn't a grocery store -- it's a lifestyle choice. 10/10, would wake up early again.

This is a great store with fantastic deals, however, I am only giving this review three stars…read morebecause I had a bad experience with the reverse vending machines. I went there a few days ago to do a bottle redemption; I had a bag full of 7 bottles, but only one bottle was accepted. The rest were rejected. And all the bottles I tried putting in the machines were brands carried by Wegmans (Brisk, Vitamin Water, Snapple, etc), plus they had 5¢ deposits marked on them. I tried feeding them into the machines, but I kept repeatedly getting error messages from the machines. Customer service did squat for me except give me 5¢ for the one bottle that was accepted. Come here for groceries, but go elsewhere for bottle redemption.
