They also did not provide any contact information to ask someone to get the link. The next time I scheduled my appointment, I took the initiative to call providence to verify the time and the fact that they would send a link. They verified all that on the phone and acted like I was stupid for even asking and following up. The next day they canceled it because they counted me as a no-show the other two times because THEY failed to send the right resources to the patients. Not to mention, every appointment is about 6-8 months out. You could be seriously ill and this establishment won't care. Afterwards the office lady I spoke to about how I never received the right link wrote lies in the notes about me for the nod for to read. You are supposed to be helpers of the public. Not sadists out here acting like we owe you something when you are doing your jobs absolutely incorrectly from the start. Zero empathy, zero attention to patient care, and zero morals as a health establishment. Most Washington healthcare sucks, but this place is the worst. Doctor: Jinhee Binder CMA was Angela K. Both health professionals need to have a more professional take on services going forward. I moved here from Georgia and this first experience in Washington state was horrendous. Be better.

This would not be my first choice of hospitals…read more I have been here once for my own medical issues (an ER visit), and countless times when my grandmother has been ill (she is there as I write this, in fact). For my own personal visit I was very ill two years ago. I don't recall how long the ER wait was, though I'm told it was a couple of hours. I was pleased with my care there, but most likely this is only because they gave me fabulous pain medication. They didn't do much for my long-term well being other than instruct me to see my doctor the next day. They recently redid the public/lobby areas, plastering all sorts of historical photographs and information on the walls. It is quite a fascinating and informational display. However I feel that money would have been better used going into the facility itself. On the floors I have been on (ER, 3rd and 7th), there is a prevalent dinginess. The walls are scuffed and dirty, paint is chipped and peeling, equipment and fixtures appear old. As I sat with my grandma the other day I stared around myself and found myself quite discomforted by the poor conditions. I found it hard to feel clean when I could see shoe marks and dirt on the walls. Then I made the mistake of entering into the ER level restroom. It was obvious by a container filled with empty (unused) specimen cups and moist towlette packets, that this is where they send folks who come into the ER and need to provide samples. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone ever cleans this bathroom. There was urine caked onto the toilet seat and on the toilet itself. Urine was on the floor as well. The fact that the specimen cups were lying in a big container as a free-for-all was a little unsettling in itself. This is Everett. You never know what any random crackhead might do to those cups. I felt a strong desire to shower upon leaving that bathroom. The bathrooms on the other floors have been much cleaner, thank goodness. The staff was about a 50/50 mix. There were some pleasant nurses and doctors. Then there were some rude, cold ones as well. At one point we were waiting as my grandma was moved into her room. One nurse came out and said, "you can go in now." As we moved to enter, another nurse came down the hall and yelled at us, telling us to stay out. While a functional hospital, this would certainly not be my top choice to be stuck in.

Absolute Worst - Rude, Uncaring, and Unprofessional Staff…read more My experience with Providence Hospital has been nothing short of terrible. The staff is rude, unresponsive, and shows a shocking lack of empathy or professionalism. I regularly took my newborn son to Providence for his wellness checkups and vaccinations. However, while visiting India, I was forced to extend my stay due to an accident. This meant I had to continue my son's vaccination schedule while abroad, specifically the 1-year vaccines. Both my wife and I wrote multiple emails to Providence simply asking for a list of the vaccines and formuals that needed to be administered at the 1-year mark. Instead of providing this basic medical information, they completely ignored my messages and gave a curt response to my wife, telling her to "bring your son to the hospital." We clearly explained in our replies that we were in India and could not visit in person--but they never responded again. Even our doctor in India was shocked at this level of unprofessionalism and laughed in disbelief at the behavior of a supposedly reputable hospital and its staff. If you're looking for compassionate, responsive, and reliable care for your child, look elsewhere. Providence has been the worst healthcare experience I've encountered.

The facility is immaculate, the assistant was welcoming, attentive, courteous and provided prompt assistance. The attending physician was excellent. He was thorough & caring. In addition to resolving the immediate concern that prompted my visit with a fast and accurate diagnosis and prescription for treatment, he explained what to expect and how long it will take for the medication to take full effect. Additionally, he discussed with me another health condition that became evident during his examination & labs that needs follow-up. I highly recommend Carbon Health, Mill Creek; my definite "go to" preference for urgent care that is convenient, trustworthy and effective.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I was so happy to have a new urgent care close to home…read more The front desk wasn't sure about my insurance, so I instructed them there is a provider verification number on the back of the card, that will verify that it is open network insurance. Red flag number one, the person at the front desk insisted she make the call from the back (not in front of me). She went to the back and said that she made the call. She was back there for maybe 3 minutes, which seemed to be pretty quick to get even through the call tree. She then came out from the back and said that my insurance wouldn't pay and they weren't contracted. She said I would have to pay the cash price. This didn't make any sense, as I work in benefits and know that my insurance can be taken here, as it is an open network insurance AND I have been to Carbon Health before. Imagine my surprise when I called the same number from my car 5 minutes later, they say that my insurance will cover this visit, and they would never say that to a provider's office calling. It appears as though the front desk person just didn't want to try and deal with it, while I had a urgent health matter, and I had to seek care elsewhere.
