My husband and I moved across the country to Phoenix without knowing anything about the area. That in itself is scary and we weren't sure where to start. But Stephen came highly recommended to us from our last realtor and honestly I cannot imagine any other realtor being as great as Stephen is. He found us a rental super quickly while we spent the first two months in the area house hunting. He makes you feel like your his only client, he's always responsive and super knowledgeable about the entire Valley and doesn't disappear after you buy the house, he's still helping us with any questions we have. There isn't a question that you can ask him that he doesn't know the answer to and he is dedicated to helping you find your perfect house. We found my perfect home, my real dream home, affordable and suitable to my needs. I sold a house for a friend and my in-laws sold their house. We both used Evolve and we have nothing but great things to say. If its an easy sale, I Jay will make it a breeze. If its a hard, complicated sale (like selling a house for an incapacitated friend while I was living in California) I Jay rallies and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Sometimes you get lucky in life events (like selling a home) and I Jay keeps it easy. Sometimes life can throw you a curve ball and I Jay steps up. Again, look no further than Evolve to represent you on the sale or purchase of a home in Scottsdale. If you aren't convinced already, let me add a bit more. The comparable analysis that I Jay prepared was spot on. Sometimes realtors show you a high price just to get your business. Sometimes they show you a low price so its easy for them to sell the house to the first buyer. I Jay didn't play any of those games. He gave us a thorough analysis and we received 3 offers above the mid-point of the range. Because I wasn't local, I Jay had to prepare the home for sale which involved a lot of his time and efforts to get the house looking great. He marketed the house aggressively. We got feedback from every realtor that visited the house and ultimately got under contract quickly. Great effort and great result!

She was constantly "on it," showed us houses throughout the valley and is an expert in every style and price point. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and she was able to get us into every home we wanted to see. Brand new homes from grand Santa Barbara (Tuscany) style, country club homes, mid century ranches, and traditional AZ adobe style homes. She is an amazing negotiator, somehow managing to get our deal done for the house we moved into a week ago. She never brought us up to the top of our budget, and we actually went well under what we thought we'd spend. Our house never went on the market -- she is always looking and listening and found this house by walking by and inquiring with the contractor. It was by far the very best experience we've ever had with a realtor buying or selling our homes over the past 30+ years. We've worked with supposedly the "best of the best" talent, yet she by far exceeded every other realtor in getting things done. She is very reachable, helpful, and insanely knowledgeable! There's no BSing with her. If she's not sure of something (which is never), she'll find out the answer fast. She doesn't just make things up like so many realtors have done with us. She is extremely friendly and all around pleasant to be with. We became good friends in the process. The house we purchased was a complete remodel and she was a tremendous help to us during the whole process with numerous contractors. After working with our son for over a year in this insanely competitive market, she was able to negotiate their dream home and got it under contract this week, beating out dozens of other offers, even though theirs wasn't the highest. My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market. This was after our daughter had to fire her deadbeat realtor who actually turned away several buyers, including an offer from the renters from across the street. They literally walked away from the deal saying, "we don't trust him and are heartbroken we can't go through with the deal." Jennifer came in, gave some excellent suggetions, hired a staging company, and got it sold! Thank God Jennifer came along! Three successful and challenging house deals for our family in less than three years. Jennifer got it done! I can't recommend highly enough!

I have bought and sold many homes with various wonderful realtors but Deb was the best, hands down. She represented me in both the sale of my beloved home and the purchase of my new home. She was so thoughtful in acknowledging my wants and needs and made every bit of the process easier. She has a vast network of people who respect her and go out of their way to help her clients (mortgage brokers, painters, handymen, inspectors, etc), and agents on the other side have much respect for her which makes dealings easier. When emotions overcame me (big changes in my life!) she was there to encourage me, took charge where she could, and helped me see the light at the end. She showed up for repairs and inspections and covered me when I could not be there. She even walked my pups during showings when I could not be there. Debbie is nothing short of amazing to me.
