He helped us navigate a tough market where homes were selling within days, sometimes even within hours, of being listed. When we finally found "the one" we were competing with several other offers. David used his expertise to showcase us as the best offer, and we ended up getting the home. With that said, he helped us stay level headed and always had our best interest in mind while we went back and forth with the seller late into the evening. Once the deal was done David could have easily said thank you very much, have a nice day, but he didn't. He helped set up multiple appointments, including contractors, window replacement and coverings, etc. He even went to the appointments on our behalf, because we still hadn't moved. Oh, and he personally went out to the house and sprayed for weeds, so we wouldn't get in trouble with the HOA! If that's not above and beyond I don't know what is! It was an absolute pleasure to work with David and Andrea. Like I said, they're basically real estate superheroes!
