My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. And she was an ASU grad so bonus points! We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day. We've since closed on the house and once we're in the market again she will be my first call. Joe and Lauryn P.s. the rest of her team is great to work with too, we met Tracy and Bridget. Keep up the great work!

We signed a contract to sell our house to Sean Smith, Luke Careccia from the Thrivere Team who is a…read morepart of the My Home Group. Sean walked the property with my agent and he was told everything that was needed to be done to the house. The offer was for selling "As is", no repairs and no cleaning with us allowed to stay in our house for 30 days after closing and a 1 day inspection period. Sean could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Them last Friday comes and Sean said we need to drop their offer price $25K because he said that he did not know what everything costs and it would take more money to fix up. After several days of going back and forth and telling him we signed a contract and he walked the property and he was told what the issues were in the house and we were expecting to close on December 29th. Sean kept saying I am doing everything I can to make this work, blah, blah, blah. He said he sent over the inspection report on December 12th but we never received it. I asked him to forward that email to see the timestamp. He never sent it. The title company said he needed to send by December 11th but he said he sent on December 12th. We scheduled for him to come over Monday night to see according to him "where we can cut some corners and save some money." He never showed, did not answer and texts or phone calls and never apologized for blowing us off. Then yesterday after telling them we were not going to sign the cancelation addendum they sent and we expected to close on December 29th or give us the earnest money, Luke sent an email to myself and the title company saying they were canceling the contract, said to send their earnest money back to them. The reason they used was that we did not disclose on the Disclosure Form that there were cracks in the foundation. I did put on the form that their were cracks in the flooring but I do not know how they know there are cracks in the foundation, as Sean was only in our house the one time to walk the property initially. Bottom line is that Sean and Luke are very dishonest and has put us in a very bad situation as we are supposed to close on our new house on December 29th as well. I know this does not represent all who work under the My Home Group umbrella but they only ones that are getting screwed is us. Do not use the Thrivere Team.

What could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming situation was made so much easier because of Alexia's kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. She immediately stepped in, helped arrange a taxi for us, and facilitated our transportation all the way back to the resort. She made sure we were taken care of and didn't leave us trying to figure everything out on our own. Her level of customer service was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. It is rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares this much about the people they are helping, especially in an unexpected situation like this. Alexia turned a very difficult moment into a much more manageable experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Alexia is an incredible asset to Casago, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. The automated system gave nonsense answers. There was old food in oven, a broken chair upstairs and the fan intended to cool the area was not working right. I have had better service at a Motel 6 and did not pay over $1,000 per night. I wish I had researched this company prior to renting. The Silverleaf Club is by far, the most beautiful country club I've ever stepped into... I didn't see the entire golf course, but I am sure it is amazing - here are the stats and description: 18-hole, par-72, 7,299-yard course designed by PGA champion and golf course architect Tom Weiskopf. The Silverleaf golf course winds through secluded canyons and valleys of the McDowell Mountains, providing dramatic elevation changes and city views. The Silverleaf Club and Spa (unfortunately, I didn't even get to see the Spa part) is exclusive and membership is by invitation only, it's tied to property ownership, and there are two membership levels - full golf and social. I attended a wedding at The Silverleaf Club this past Saturday night and it was incredibly beautiful. The ceremony took place at sunset and the colors in the sky combined with the green golf course and red mountains were breathtaking. There was a tad bit of rain before and after the ceremony and during the middle, we witnessed a rainbow! The cocktail reception was held outdoors with a full bar and passed appetizers, and then we went inside for dinner and the party - it was a dream and I couldn't be happier for my friends that are now husband and wife. The Silverleaf Club provided a true fairytale evening that I know I will never forget... and it wasn't even my wedding!

I am pretty sure that we were either the 2nd or 3rd wedding ever held at Silverleaf. The location, service and staff were all amazing and they have been so ever since. Food at both the club house and Stone House (after the turn on the golf course) is always fantastic and the specials are fresh and unique. Home made ice-cream is available in multiple flavors and can also be taken to go! Their french fries are amazing as well. The best party at Silverleaf was back in '06 (I think) when they put the giant tent up on the hill. I heard that the tent alone was about $700k. Tickets were extremely reasonably priced because the event was also being used to market some of the lots for sale in the upper canyon. Nobody knew who the performers were going to be so when the stage rotated around everyone was surprised to see that Kenny Loggins was performing for this private event. The food and drinks were fantastic and I have wished that they would throw another over the top party like that again. Two years later we did go to the spring party to see Earth, Wind and Fire, but it will never be as good as that party on the hill. In the last couple of years the real estate market has taken a big hit. While property might not be selling as well the service at the club has never changed below 'Fantastic'. It is refreshing to see that the club is being operated in the same fashion and enthusiasm as it was when it first opened. Being a private club does present a challenge for people to experience the location and food. However, if you are ever presented with the opportunity to go, don't pass it up.
