He told us we had warranty on the car which needed up being untrue. I was having issues with the car so I text him and called him, he ignored me. I took the car back in because my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air, they said I just needed a coolant refill so they did that. Here I am again with no air conditioner. I would not purchase another vehicle here and I feel that ignoring the customer with an issue is unacceptable.

Discouraged we had it towed from Lubbock to Hobbs Permian ford they called first day got it in that there was no issues with the engine AT ALL. No signs of a previous compression test done and just needed a fuel pump,injectors, and clean the system and tank. Got our car in and out in a blink of an eye 2 days. We are beyond greatful of the time Michael nance put in and keeping us up to date every step of the way

I work over 60 hours a week and don't have time to just swing by. Chad said he'd send me listings. He never did. Rather than chase him down, I contacted a different salesman. That must've set something off, because suddenly Chad started blowing up my phone--accusing me of ignoring info he never sent, pushing me to come in, and trying to tell me how I "should" shop for a car. I told him multiple times not to contact me again. He kept texting anyway. It wasn't until I cited harassment laws and sent "STOP" that he finally backed off--with one last passive-aggressive message, of course. Permian Nissan may have decent vehicles, but if this is how their staff handles basic communication, I'll happily take my business elsewhere. Chad lost a sale--and earned this review.

After she bought it she only drove it two months and had to take it to the closest dealer which was in Lubbock, TX. Supposedly they fixed it, but four months later it would not start anymore. We had a hard time getting in the shop due to busy schedules. We finally got it in to a Jeep dealer in Amarillo, TX at Texas Dodge but they can't figure out what is wrong with it. Her jeep has been in the shop since February of this year and they still don't know what's wrong with her 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Worst purchase ever!!!
