An exterminating company isn't something I usually write reviews about... but our service has been awesome. Our tech, Timothy, is knowledgeable, kind, and considerate. I can take pictures of random bugs I find and text them to him (which I have done) and he'll tell me if it's an issue- and even come out within 24hrs if it's something he needs to take care of. He has always been kind, remembering things I've mentioned about my family and genuinely asking about them. And when I was home sick with a migraine he did the outside (and left me in my quiet dark room) and came back a few days later to do the rest of the house. And on top of that, I don't have any problems with bugs of any kind anymore! Definitely worth the money! read more

Poor phone customer service. Questionable billing practices. Easy to join, hard to cancel. The 2023 annual termite station inspection lasted only 9 minutes. They checked only 1 of 21 stations and billed me $258. The 2024 annual inspection did not occur even though they tried to bill be $308 without scheduling! It took 3 days with 3 different CSR's to cancel with long phone wait times. Don't get caught in the web of their poor service. read more

Worst customer service ever. Constant bookkeeping and billing screw-ups. Spend hours on the phone trying to stop the harassing phone calls to collect an invoice already paid--response "Our system won't allow me to do that." I had a HOPP (termite policy) with West. Ext. Screwed up the billing. Eventually inspected, but would provide only "proof of service" saying they'd inspected, but not showing the results. Called service rep Scott who was rude and just responded "sh*t happens." Since the billing was screwed up, I had to pay before they sent me an invoice. I needed an invoice for taxes. An hour on the phone, finally got one by email. At this point, 3 hrs just trying to work with them (& having prepaid already). I asked that they close the account. Now I get harassing phone calls on my mobile phone demanding payment of an amount I paid months ago. I explain what's happened, ask them to stop. "Our system doesn't allow this." I ask that they speak to the cust serv supervisor whom I worked with for hours to "resolve" this (I thought). "This is a big company. I don't even know him." This organization is trash, worse than the bugs they kill. Check out the BBB rating--one star. One star too many. read more

This company is wonderful-they are prompt and very professional. I was impressed with the knowledge and accuracy of there recommendations and I highly recommend Western Exterminator for prevention of termites and plugging up areas to avoid any mice that could find their way in. I am confident I will never have any issues! read more

We had mice in our garage and attic, Anthony came out to do an inspection which was VERY thorough! He came in to explain to us and show pictures of what he found and we proceeded with a whole home seal and the extermination. Timothy has been awesome!!! He comes to check the traps and let us know what he finds and tells us to text anytime and he will come out, very friendly and professional!! We will not ever use another company for our extermination needs. read more

Called, was told they don't do bee removal, but exterminate the bees and the minimum charge would be $340. That's some pricey bee elimination. read more

Western formerly Arizona Exterminators is a great company to deal with and Robert who takes care of my properties is amazing to work with

We have been clients with Western Exterminator Tucson for some time. We continue to be extremely satisfied with the service and our technician Robert. Robert represents this agency well--he is professional, personable and punctual. When Robert sets his appointments, he is absolutely on time. Whenever there has been a specific concern, Robert/Western have addressed the issue in an expedient manner. We will continue to be loyal customer with Western and your employee Robert should be commended. Ruth A. read more

Absolutely do not use this company. We had them come out in February for a mouse issue, they sealed off the possible entries and left a trap at the obvious one the mouse was using to catch it and said they would come back after it was caught and fill in that hole as well. When I called and left a message for them to come back they refused to call back and after some time awaiting their call the mouse bit a hole in the pipe for the shower. The only way to fix that was to destroy the bathroom and rip down the tiles to get to the pipe and replace it. But then we had the long and laborious task of now remodeling the bathroom since it's been destroyed by the mouse this company refused to finish their job I already paid for. Not only that but SO much time went by until they felt like picking up the phone again that another pipe which I believe is for the toilet/sewage is now exposed on the exterior of the house due to the mouse scratching and digging away. Eventually they showed up and finished the job and I requested a refund, I even agreed to a lower amount than I paid because they did seal most of the entrances off. But did they follow through with that agreement? No they did not. That was in APRIL of this year and it is now mid July. I understood that it could take 6 weeks to issue the refund but this is far beyond that. The customer service ladies were amazing and always kind but I will absolutely not recommend this company or use them ever again. read more

Their employees are on prompt and professional, but their company policies limit their effectiveness. We had roof rats and they were not allowed to go any further than the entry in our ceiling. They could only look for evidence and lay traps around this opening per their "company rules", so I had to get up there and do some of this myself. I had a problem with Western Exterminator which I am still in the process of getting it resolved. They did the fumigating process at my rental process which seems to have been a great success BUT a pipe was burst in the process which my plumber tells me that Western Exterminator caused and Western Exterminator says they were not responsible for. My bill was $200 to repair so I asked that they meet me half way. This occurred on August 30th. I was promised $100 which would satisfy me greatly but as of yet October 12, 2019, I have yet to be reimbursed. I was told that my name did not appear on the list. On the list? This makes me wonder, how many people are getting a reimbursement for something? Anyway all I want is the money that was agreed upon to be returned to me. I feel the business should be a person of their word. Say what you mean and mean what you say. read more

I had a contract with this company for their "All Pest Solution". I continuously had Drywood Termites that they couldn't seem to treat properly. Not only does their warrentee not cover damage done by the termites such as other companies like Terminex, but they wouldn't even cover the price of the tenting to get rid of the termites. After I paid them over $1000 for tenting, they voided my warrantee giving no reason. Stay away!!! These folks don't play by the book. read more

These guys bought out Alpha Ecological, which was a good company imo. So far they are OK, but not great. Every time I call I'm on hold for several minutes before I can even talk to someone, which is really annoying and frustrating. Then the person over the phone doesn't seem to know the information which is also annoying. (This has happened a couple of times now where the person on the phone gives me wrong info.) There is also definitely some communication issues between the employees since one person tells me one thing and another tells me something different... Otherwise they seem OK but I might have to find a new pest company if this keeps up. read more

Great customer service!! Chris was very informative on the weed control questions I had. The pricing was great, but the quick reply and knowledge is what sold me on choosing AZ Exterminating Co. read more

I use to be with Arizona Exterminators now Western and I never had a problem. In the past I would get a call from Robert who would remind me of my service. But the last two times, I never received a call or a message telling me of the date of service. Robert comes and does the outside service, but never contacts me to let me know when he is coming back to do the indoor service. When I call the local office, they tell me that they will get in contact with Robert and have him call me. Both times I have called the office, I have never received a call, yet I was charged for the full service for each of the two visits. In the past Robert has always been professional and easy to work with. I'm not sure what the problem is this year. I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me. read more

This company does nothing but rip its customers off. I had them service my rental property regularly. The treatments they actually did were ineffective. When I cancelled them, they continued to bill me for service which they were not doing. I fought with them for months because, although I did pay for the lousy work they did, I refused to pay for the lousy work they did not do. Now I see they reported the disputed bill on my credit score. I will get that report removed even if I have to sue them. I regret the day I came across this company in the yellow pages. read more

THank you to Lawrence who was so very helpful to me. You came out the next day and reassured me about what I thought was a bad termite problem. How happy I am to have had your help and expertise. read more

I have been very favorably impressed with this company. I have their AllPest level of service and it is so worth it. When I had two huge bee's nests in one week at my front door they were out within an hour to move the bees. The regular service is very professional and I truly trust what they are doing. Aaron communicates very well and came back more then once when he thought we had rodents at our koi pond. Highly recommend. read more
