You can start with the 1/2 mile oval and completely level walking, jogging or running path. It has multiple covered rest benches and a big open middle for activities like kite flying or frisbee. Then cross the bridge to a few miles of trails surrounded by trees flowers and local wildlife. There is also a canoe launch for access to the Etowah River. The park also has an amphitheater that hosts local bands and other activities. Two brand new playgrounds for the little ones, very clean restrooms and some nice pavilions with picnic tables make this a very nice place for family outings. A 58 acre park that connects to other parks and trails makes this a 5 star place for almost any activity. Well done Canton. Another feather in you cap.

All the horses had beautiful horns and painted hair (like pastel chalk that does not hurt them). All animals are under the most wonderful care and we are given instructions on how to approach them and observe them. Amongst many things we saw a baby chick being hatched, baby bunnies, adult bunnies, donkeys, sheep's, horses, pigs, pony's, goats, doves, chickens, roosters, chicks and of course UNICORNS! Staff was out of this world helpful!! So sweet and kind. It was a hot day and they let my little nephew play in the clean water they had to cool off! We even got a tractor ride! They have a beautiful tree swing and so many cute picture spots! Pack a picnic (but be careful not to throw any food on the ground the animals each have specific diets and we wouldn't want them to eat anything that could hurt their stomachs). Also there is hand sanitizer but I would suggest bringing some soap and water if you want to wash your hands. Just ask for the best place to do that! They have a pretty Montessori style here. You're given help in approaching the animals and donkeys sheep and goats are sitting all around and you can walk around and pet them. There are brushes set aside for you to brush them too!! The more attention specific animals like the bigger bunnies were handled with the wonderful caregivers! Allowing people to hold the more socialized animals even! Also the unicorns were beautiful with flower leis and gorgeous horns! Absolutely a must to do for any birthday, field trip, or just a way to get kids used to animals in a wonderfully comfortable setting.

I called the gym to find out why this money tried to deduct from my account and a so called "manager" insulted me by stating memberships aren't free. We argued, she tried to talk over me, their was no customer appreciation. I don't believe she was trained in that. After telling her that the remark was offensive she smirked and chucked and said she didn't mean it. Needless to say my first reaction to this place makes me wonder what kind of jungle this is.

Just one big problem…read more People here just don't have gym etiquette---sitting on equipment, scrolling on the phone, working out in groups monopolizing machines, talking on the phone really loud. Nobody does anything about any of it. One time I waited on a machine 19 minutes while a kid was scrolling on his phone. I know because I did the stair master while waiting, and completed 19 minutes. Another time four high school boys monopolized the squat rack while talking to their friends. I waited at least 10 minutes and none of them did a single set. I asked and they said they weren't finished. Another time four women had a party on the leg press while talking and laughing. I complained at the front desk, they did nothing, and I left and drove to another gym. I get it---this is the cheapest place in town to work out but there are some downsides to that also. This gym is in my network, but I avoid it if I can.

Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.
