Boat was dirty, full of leaves with cabinets/under seat locations filled with stink bugs they promised they would clean. Delivered in same condition. Promised me an included safety kit with the sale. Didn't deliver it. Multiple times, the sales lady said she'd ship me an anchor. Didn't deliver it. Claimed they did a multi-point inspection only to find a month later an impeller ready to fail and old broken fuel lines. They processed GA registration with the incorrect HIN# so it was a mess and a long wait trying to re-register in my state. Don't trust a thing these people say they will do because they won't.

I love visiting it with my husband just before sunset. We saw so many kids playing in the spider web climbing thing and the play area. There was a birthday party going on and the park was filled with folks of all ages. Trails: A little walk on the left leads you to the dam(falls) and it's a very quiet and serene path to walk or jog. There are 2-3 trails around the park but a bit rugged, so I recommend going when there's plenty of daylight. Parking spots are plenty and the park is pet-friendly. There are also kayak rentals on the river bank below. When we came we hiked the 3/4 mile looped trail behind the playground accessible from the parking lot. There was a bald eagle flying above his beat. Kayakers down below had beached themselves on a sandbar in the middle of the river. A guitarist was jamming and kids were playing in the Sun. The person who drives the boat is required to take a test and know boat safety before getting in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from 11 am to 5 pm and was $550 plus gas consumption. They do get really busy and packed, so parking could be an issue. The walk from parking to where you check in is quite hilly, so keep this in mind when bringing children/elders. There's even a place where you can inflate your floaties to enjoy the lake better!

Ask for a USB converter if needed to charge your phone on board the boat. 4. If gas money is a concern, just take your party boat to the nearest cove and anchor in. We paid only $10 for gas for four hours that way. 5. Take the driver's test online before boat day. Doing it on site, last minute, is so stressful. 6. Be aware that they will require a $500 deposit on site that you will be refunded later if all goes well. Bring your ID. 7. BYO trash bag, Lysol or baby wipes, and paper towels. 8. Connect your phone to the speaker system via Bluetooth. Ask for instructions before your leave the dock. 9. The store on site has all your essentials for reasonable prices. 10.
