Horrible experience buying a used tritoon from this store. They make all kinds of promises to get the sale and then don't deliver on anything! Boat was dirty, full of leaves with cabinets/under seat locations filled with stink bugs they promised they would clean. Delivered in same condition. Promised me an included safety kit with the sale. Didn't deliver it. Multiple times, the sales lady said she'd ship me an anchor. Didn't deliver it. Claimed they did a multi-point inspection only to find a month later an impeller ready to fail and old broken fuel lines. They processed GA registration with the incorrect HIN# so it was a mess and a long wait trying to re-register in my state. Don't trust a thing these people say they will do because they won't. read more

Update: Exceptional Resolution and Outstanding Service from Singleton Marine I wanted to provide an update to my previous review about Singleton Marine. After facing some initial challenges with my Harris Tritoon / Pontoon boat--which arrived with damages and persistent electrical issues--I am thrilled to say that the problem has been fully resolved. GM Matt Seelbinder and Service Manager Justin went above and beyond to address the situation. They worked closely with the manufacturer to replace our boat with a brand new 2025 Solstice, free of any defects. We took delivery this past Friday and have been enjoying the boat all weekend. The initial issue turned out to be a rare manufacturing defect--a misplaced screw hitting a wire--which can be complex and hard to diagnose. Matt, Justin, and the entire team at Singleton Marine at Lake Allatoona demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism. Their commitment to making things right has earned my gratitude and business for life. I highly recommend Singleton Marine for their outstanding customer service and ability to turn a challenging situation into a positive experience. Had a electrical problem on Memorial Day, brought it in and they had a technician look at it immediately. They had me back on the water for something simple and less than 45 minutes, so appreciative didn't even charge me you guys have my business for life. read more

Thank God this FL girl has a lake 5 minutes from her house! We have been putting our boat in at Little River every year for the last 6 years and can't stand to go anywhere else. The ease of the ramp is awesome and outweighs all other ramps in this area. They have 3 ramps which makes it fast to get in on the weekends. The dock in which you can pick up passengers is decently large and can accommodate about 3 boats (if they know how to park correctly). I would highly recommend dropping your boat in here! read more

We had a third party Malibu mechanical inspection and the service department was great. Even the sales guys went above and beyond by helping us hook the boat trailer to our vehicle. I rented a covered boat slip from them last summer. When I asked to have my boat serviced before this season the boat had so many issues that I sold it. It was May and one year since I rented the slip. They told me I needed to pay 3 months cancellation fee, even thou they rented the slip to someone else the next day. I think ripping people off $660 is really an unfair policy. I also had a bunch of fishing tackle stolen off my boat. They are all the money and will over charge you every chance they get. read more

These guys are great. Went to three marinas and these guys won us over hands down. Little River is the cleanest and most impressive marina we saw (although, realize it is early in the season). It was a little more, but more than worth it. Dry stack service is excellent. The guys working it are very nice and helpful. Highly Recommend. read more
