I finally tried these guys. It was pretty wild…read more Meats Gone Wild is a food truck - well, more of a jumbo-sized trailer - that often makes appearances outside such Henderson businesses as Lovelady Brewing and Khoury's Fine WIne & Spirits. I've also been seeing them at the annual, free-admission Sunset Park'd lately, and I finally felt like shelling out the dough to try them today. They do usually offer simple hot dogs for the not-so-adventurous, but their signature items are a variety of "exotic" meats, i.e. the not-so-commonplace game and fowl meats. Their sausages ($10) tonight included alligator and python/rabbit, but I went for the elk w/ jalapeño and cheddar. I once tried an elk burger, just a few years ago actually, but it wasn't very impressive. It turns out that if you make it properly, it can pop with meaty, non-gamey, delicious flavor. The sausage had the right snap on its skin too. I didn't taste too much jalapeño or cheddar, but you really should be letting the meat stand on its own as much as possible anyway. The bun was plain but supported the meat sufficiently, and the raw diced red onion added nice texture and a complementary bite. I'll definitely have to pony up (not literally, as far as I know) for more offerings by Meats Gone Wild the next time I come across them. They are unique in the food truck landscape, if not the entire local restaurant realm - let me know if anybody else advertises a camel offering!

What an amazing experience at Bazaar Meat with my family!…read more Same day reservations were easy to make. We were staying at the Palazzo so it was super convenient to walk down to the restaurant for dinner. Ambiance was beautiful, chic and classy. We loved the plush bench-chairs at the table. Since we were dining with 2 children, we decided to order à la carte instead of picking a tasting menu. Our server Robert was the best. He was kind, explained how the food was going to come out at a slower pace to allow time for the steak to cook and rest properly before serving. My favorite dishes were the caviar cones and wagyu carpaccio. Flavors were amazing. It was definitely the best carpaccio I've ever had. The caviar jamon tacos were also good- a carefully sliced piece of ham on a nori sheet topped with caviar and gold leaf. My daughter had the sloppy Joe's- I had a taste and thought it was delicious with the skinny fries on top. I'm not a big meat eater, but we got a ribeye to share. It came out perfectly medium rare and was delicious. I really enjoyed the sides, especially the wild mushrooms. The Brussels sprouts leaves salad really surprised us- we've never had it served that way and it was very good. My kids especially enjoyed the "butter with some potatoes." The flan at the end really surprised us. The flavors were so balanced. I didn't want to order dessert, but ended up eating most of it. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We will definitely be back when we visit Vegas. Both my kids loved this place. The first day we were here they ran out of the chicken and after we ordered, they ran out of the brisket. We came around 2pm. The second day they had everything and I'm so glad I got to try the chicken. It was really good. The candied bacon was amazing too! We didn't order it but chef Jeffery gave us some samples. He really went above and beyond.

I think I may be addicted to the honey mustard BBQ sauce IYKYK Fot dessert the mad culinary scientist had lemon pound cake and was working on banana bread cinnamon rolls? Where do these ideas come from?! I think I keep going back to come across something I dont like. If your one of those that like to play on the safe side when trying new food spots, try the B2B Burger. You won't be disappointed and you might not even be able to finish in one sitting As always staff was friendly and engaging which negates top customer service marks in my book. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
