This place looks new, I guess, which may help to explain why no one knew what they were doing. I only wanted to vacuum my car. I had to explain three times that I just wanted a vacuum and not a wash. It was $15. It took forever - I must have waited 30 minutes (there was no one ahead of me). They asked me if I wanted to drive it out but the only way out was through the car wash and I tried to say that I wasn't paying for a car wash but the person I was talking to simply turned around and took off! I couldn't figure out what was happening but the next thing I know, my car was bring spritzed and standing in the car wash. One of the employees drove it through. Ok, so you think I'd be happy but when I got home and looked in the back seat, they hadn't vacuumed it! Do they just do the floors? The seat was covered with food bits and beach sand! Horrendous!!!! Spent $32 for a job that is done better any where in CT. Was supposed to include wheels and tire shine. No tire shine and the wheels look like a ten year old kid did them. You can and have had a professional job done for $20. This place stinks!!!! read more

$35 for a car wash, Went there once tuned car right around and drove out what I rip off.

$32 for a wash and vacuum is crazy. Also waited almost an hour for my car and it was 12:30 on a Monday and was not that crowded. This place makes zero sense. read more

Sat in the vacuum and window line for 45 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. There is no reason it should take almost an hour to vacuum out 3 cars, especially with two people working one car at a time. Every time I come here I have to allot at least an hour if I want my car vacuumed out and windows done. Wish this business was as efficient as Submarine Car Wash in Groton. I parked under a tree in May, resulting in my car being covered in tree residue (not sap, just green gunk). I went to Westerly Car Wash today and paid $15 for the "Seaside Shine" (the most expensive option). Right before the machine started, I heard an employee say to another, "Another car looking like this didn't come out too well". Afterwards, the same employee towel-dried my car and told me I was all set. When I got home, my car was still covered in tree residue. Im honestly suprised to see so many positive reviews, it makes me wonder if it was just "one of those days" for the workers or possibly im expecting too much from a smaller automated car wash. Either way i'll take the time to explain my 2 star review. When I got there I informed the first employee I saw that I had a Groupon and I wasnt sure exactly how to redeem it, the worker I spoke with didnt know how to redeem it but the woman who showed him was very pleasant and explained that if for some reason it used more than one of my 3 car washes I had purchased that she would "take care of it" and honestly thats the only reason I gave the extra star in this review. The first employee then "guided me" to the wash..and thank God I know how to line my tire up with the automated system myself because he was not helpful at all. He then unhappily began to splash water on to 3/4 of one side if my car before pushing the button and sending me through, other side untouched. now, if there was a line of cars waiting behind me I could understand the rush....but I was the only car there...and I see why...I personally avoid automated car washes..I prefer the expereience of doing it myself...but 3 "superior" washes in a Groupon deal was too cheap to pass up..what im getting at is the few automated washes I have been through are slow enough that the jets and brushes have time to "clean" your car, where as this one was just as fast and sloppy as the employee who sent me through it in the first place. Finally, as my car was ejected from the "car wash" I was stopped by a equally miserable looking employee who proceeded to wipe around the dirt and grime the "car wash" wasnt able to remove...about 25 seconds later he gave me a thumbs up, told me I was "all set" and sent me on my way, still dripping dirty water. I proceeded to the nearest self serve car wash and did it myself like I should have from the beginning. I wont even use the other 2 groupons I have left, my car deserves better. read more

Never again. I paid for the detail service. They did a really, really bad job. I took some pictures to share but I don't think there is a way to post those here. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else. It's a waste of money. You will need to have your vehicle recleaned. read more

Awful! $30. Vacuumed ok, but my minivan windows inside mostly ignored or partially washed & smeary.

They do a great job however I have gone SEVERAL times right at 5pm to get the interior of my car done and they close the interior lane at 5pm. Three separate times I was turned away and I'm not happy about that. If one of their services stops at 5pm then their website needs to indicate that. read more

I have been to many car washes all over the country. This car wash by far is one of the worst. They are completely understaffed and way over priced. I just had my car washed today. I had to ask them to come back to my car twice because of areas they missed. I ended up vacuuming the rest of my car myself because they started on the car behind me. My rims were still filthy after the wash. The guy who dried my car did it in approximately 30 seconds and missed numerous areas. From start to finish it took 45 minutes and I was the 4th car in line when I arrived. This car wash is waaaay over priced and not efficiently run at all. Waste of my time and money. If I didn't live so far away I would have returned to get my money back, but I didn't realize how bad they washed my car until I arrived back home. There are many other car washes out there that are much better for less money!! $25 is just crazy for how my car looked when they were done! read more
