Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.

We had an extensive exterior remodel done to our 70+ year old house. Exterior siding, exterior paint, new exterior lighting, new front door, replaced the side garage door, added a sliding glass door to our master bedroom, and a good amount of electrical work to round everything out. We worked with Ruslan and Gabe as the project managers while Nazer, Eric, and Jacob were the crew that did most of the exterior work. Edward and Vaska did the painting. Nazer and his crew were prompt every working day and they WORKED from morning to closing time. It was July/August and HOT but the guys worked with no complaints. Every step of the way, Ruslan, Gabe, and Nazer kept us in the loop and addressed every question or gripe we had. Every day, Nazer and his guys helped set up our dog fencing to keep our dogs out of their work area and would help break it down in the afternoon. They CLEANED the job site EVERY working day. Nails, screws, scraps, dust, etc was all cleaned up. Six months later......heat, cold, rain, wind.....everything is holding up great. The fit and finish of everything is excellent. Lets see- $600 to replace a sliding screen door with a "high quality" one, new screen track,…read morerescreen another, and rescreen 2 small windows...steep but ok. Should arrive next week. 2+ weeks later installer puts in a damaged screen door (paint missing and gouges in the frame at eye level), leaves a tremendous mess of debris from the track replacement and forgets to rescreen the other door. New screen doesn't even open all the way. It took 2 weeks to get them back out to fix the new screen, then another week to come back out and finish the remaining screen. The debris from his first mess jammed up the wheels on the slider. I asked him to clean/lube them so it worked like it did before his mess. He sprayed them out...and left another big mess behind. Zero interest/effort in cleaning up after himself. I showed him the damaged door and his only answer was "oh- I didnt notice that when I was putting it in" (I liteterally took pictures and video of the gouges and his mess when I got home 5 minutes after he hustled out). The office girl is complete idiot. The tech is a nice kid, but I'd never use them again. EVER. Find another company...ANY OTHER COMPANY
