The process of choosing a door, getting and agreeing to a quote, making a down payment and then Sergio's ordering and acquisition of the door, customization (we have a nonstandard front entry), sending to the painter (optional; we chose to) and scheduling the installation was absolutely pleasant, easy and timely via mostly text messages with the occasional phone call. Sergio was PERFECTLY communicative the whole time; there was one day where I said to my wife, "I wonder if Sergio's gotten the door yet," and later that day he texted me, "Got your door today!" Day of the installation comes and it's not Sergio that shows up initially, it's a couple of younger guys (Adam and Gabriel) who can't be too too far out of high school. They tell me Sergio's on his way and they are going to get started, and they do. These young men were also very obviously good at what they do and were so very cool and respectful both of me and my property. They got busy, I work from home, at some point Sergio showed up, and they worked throughout the day. They: - Removed my old security door - Removed my old front door - Removed the exterior and interior trim - Removed the existing custom, metal frame - Built a new frame on my lawn - Installed the new frame - Installed new exterior and interior trim (I supplied interior trim materials which I had on hand) - Installed my new front door - Installed my new security door - Cleaned up after themselves I COULD NOT BE happier with the service I received from Any Kind of Doors. The best part? Throughout the day, I got to observe a master craftsman teaching his journeymen. Over and over Sergio had Adam or Gabriel do the work, and competently coached them while observing closely. The work is immaculate and I got to watch this dude get it done and simultaneously pass on his knowledge in a family business. And my house. Looks. AWESOME. I'm seldom compelled to write a review, but when you gotta, you gotta. Juaquin Neault received full payment from me, but refused to complete the work…read more I hired Juaquin Neault to hang onto porcelain tiled walls three floating vanities, which don't have any legs and hang off the wall. He gave me a price. I paid him in full. The vanities soon started drooping, coming off the wall. The vanities are supposed to be held onto the walls with brackets. There are four holes in each bracket. Juaquin installed screws in only two of the four holes in most of the brackets. One could see the brackets drooping along with the vanities. Four holes were in each bracket for a reason. Four screws needed to be used and installed in each bracket. Juaquin did not do this. The vanities and brackets drooping would make sense since Juaquin used only half the screws required in many of the brackets. I told Juaquin the vanities were drooping and when he came over we found out why and that was he used only half the screws required in most of the brackets. I told him on that day to put in four screws in all the brackets of all the vanities. Juaquin did minimal work that day, propping up one of the vanities so that the drooping bracket can be moved back up. That's pretty much all he did. He certainly did not install any more screws. Juaquin said he will come in the next day to do the work. The next day he came. He installed some more screws in the brackets, but not all the screws required in all the brackets, and he left. I texted and asked him when he will come back in to install the rest of the screws required in all the vanities. I even sent him some photos documenting he did not install all screws required and pointed out one of the other vanities is still drooping and that the third vanity will likely eventually droop too as this third vanity is perhaps 70% heavier than the ones already drooping and this third one has missing screws also. Juaquin refused to respond to my texts. When I called him, he demanded I have to pay to him more money for him to come and do the work, that is compete the job. I told him why, he had not done the work properly to begin, I already paid him in full, and all I'm asking him to do is the work he didn't complete and that I already paid for. Nonetheless, Juaquin refused and demanded that if he comes out again I have to pay him more. Juaquin said he already came out twice, yet he still didn't install screws into all the holes in all the brackets and another vanity was still dropping. Juaquin refused to come out unless I paid him more. I will not be paying him more and now I have to hire another party to do the work and pay them even more.

I immediately called Jason Le (owner) and scheduled an appointment for him to visit my home and provide me with a quote. A few days later Jason promptly arrived to do an inspection, shortly after the inspection he sent me a text with the quote. For the installation of two recessed lighting cans - one in a bathroom and another in a walk-in closet- , a motion sensitive lightbar in the garage, and two window screen replacements came to a total just over $600. The day of the appointment Jason arrived on time and ready to take care of the tasks. After asking a few questions pertaining to the temperature (brightness) of the recessed lighting, he began the installation process. Since my wife and I were working from home, he was very considerate in communicating that he would need to briefly turn off our power. Although this was a slight inconvenience, it was very short lived due to Jason's efficiency. Roughly three hours later, Jason was summoning me to check out the final product(s). Installation was very neat and Jason did a great job of cleaning any trash that was left behind. As my wife and I continue to identify areas of our home that need to be upgraded, I will be reaching out to Jason for future services.
