So I had to pay for items unnecessarily. The manager, James did not apologize. I am on Hospice with end stage heart failure so I am on disability and a limited income. The stress of the situation certainly didn't help my heart function either. But all people no matter what color should be treated with kindness, empathy, and with respect. This Dollar Tree does not hold those values. I will never shop there again and I'm sure they're glad. When you're in customer service that's your job to take care of customers and treat them with respect as long as they are respectful to you, which I was and always am. I discourage anyone from shopping there. One should promote a business who treats anyone disrespectful. Customers are their lifeline and they should treat them as such. I have called corporate several times, but have not received a phone call back. It starts at the top; if the Dollar Tree corporate doesn't care how their customers are treated, nor the Dollar Tree managers care how they customers are treated, then their associates won't care they treat customers.
