I like how the instructor talks about the steps on the mic but there are people positioned throughout the dance floor who know the dance who you can follow. We stopped by with a few of our friends who come more regularly and have mastered some of the dances! Some are more complicated than others but in general these are fairly tricky dances. There's a website you can use to practice the dances at home to prepare for each week. After the lesson there is more open dancing and they play various line dance songs for anyone to join. They also include the song that was covered during the lesson. It's fun to watch - so many folks here are really talented. We only bought some waters and did not try any of the drinks so I can't comment on those. Service was good and the lines at the bar move pretty quickly. We've already been talking about going back here to check out another line dancing class! Would definitely recommend.

Here's the problem- when I received it the battery would not shut off, therefore it wouldn't hold a charge. Cruzin cooler shipped a part to the house and after replacing the part, it still didnt solve the problem. After shipping a different, second part to the house- no fix yet again. Then their solution is to send both parts back so they can check them to determine if they are bad parts!!! Uhm- now it is a week away from her bday. Why weren't these cheap parts checked BEFORE they were sent out??? Then their solution is to drive 48 miles round trip to drop it off to be worked on. When it was taken there, the owner of the BICYCLE shop says the owner of cruzin cooler called and said he would walk him thru fixing this!!!! Nope- did not drop it off there! On to the second shop- that actually works on these pieces of junk- another 50 miles row trips might add- and the owner says he MIGHT be able to get to this scooter by sep 14th or so. Mind you this is already a week past her bday and I month passed when I bought this pile of junk. Now I have to wait to see if this is fixed ever. My advice- DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!!! I spent 650 dollars for a worthless plastic beer cooler that has a seat attached to it. The next step is that I am reporting them to the better business bureau. I could have had a hell of a present instead of one big pile of non-working, cheaply made Chinese product. Btw, the owner Kevin was very dismissive and a torture to deal with on the phone. This organization is a joke. My wife and I began the process of trying to get licensed with this…read moreorganization in November 2020. We were told it would take approximately 6-8 months to get fully licensed. We followed every step exactly as conveyed and kept encountering one delay after another from the organization without explanation. When we'd follow up, there would always be some lame excuse for why something had fallen through the cracks on their end. The delays ended up taking so long that we had to repeat multiple steps in the process. They managed to lose CPR certification that was sent to them directly by their preferred instructor. After the last four month delay without communication, we sent a follow up email expressing concern about the delays and lack of communication from the organization. At this point we had been in the process for 27 months. Our case was supposedly getting reassigned to another worker, but instead we received a notice that we were being denied because we "weren't a good fit", citing items on our initial assessment checklist that NEVER CHANGED as grounds for why things didn't work out. Of course, none of these items were expressed as concern at all during the process, and it was perfectly okay for them to string us along for over two years with those parameters in place. But once we complained about their employees, all of a sudden we're "not a good fit."

I have never been more disappointed in a company than I have been with Expert Total Electronics…read more This company specializes in selling and installing DirecTV and TAN TV (Korean language broadcasts), along with karaoke machines and lifestyle devices (e.g. bidets, air cleaners, etc) made by Coway. We started business with this company in July of 2008 and have had little success in getting all the services we paid for. When we initially contacted the owner of this company, we asked to get the TAN TV service, including English language television, installed in our home. This was supposed to be done on up to four TV sets in the house. It has been like pulling teeth to even get two TV sets set up! In fact, after he initially set up one TV, it took him weeks before he came back to set up the second one. When one of the devices started to malfunction, It took him six months to come back and fix it. Now, it's been almost a year and we still only have two sets set up. Since we paid for all the services up front, he has been enjoying the benefits of getting paid while we haven't gotten all the services we agreed to in our initial agreement. He's also been claiming that he can't figure out how to install the dish on our roof to ensure that we get good ol' American TV in our home. He's crawled all around looking at wiring and couldn't seem to find what he's looking for, so he said he may not be able to get us American TV after all. Then where's our refund? The biggest problem is that the owner does not answer his phone. Despite trying his office phone and cell phone repeatedly, we got the message that his "mailbox is full." Perhaps those messages are from other disgruntled customers...?! He would agree to come to the house to finish the job, then suddenly disappear for weeks. Later, he would tell us that he was sick for several weeks. Now, I have no problem with him being sick, but a phone call explaining he wouldn't show up would have sufficed. Or the time he came to finish up some work and said he had to step out real quick a couple of hours later, never to return again. Thankfully, they have been able to finish the other jobs we paid them to do -- such as installing a Coway device in the home and setting up a sound system. However, even the sound system had its own set of problems. Instead of using the speaker-ready setup in our home, the owner drilled his own holes and put the speakers in beside the place designated for them to go. He also made a mess while installing all the equipment in the house and left the wires tangled up. I'm not sure which wire goes to what device now and have been trying to organize them with much difficulty. He said he would "clean up" before he went, but since he left so abruptly and never returned, the job never got done. I'm hoping that before July of 2009, I can get him to come and finish all the work promised to us a year ago. But if I were you? I wouldn't utilize Expert Total Electronics for any of my electronic / TV installation needs. It just creates huge headaches and leads you to spend money on services that never actually get delivered.
