Eric and the guys took out three large fan palms and half of a very tall split trunk pine tree.. They ground the stumps and did a fantastic job cleaning up the entire area once they were done. 5 Stars!!! read more

WOW!!! Mario, Eric & Alex are highly skilled, efficient & kind. They are experts at trees & were able to educate us on what trees are safe & which are not for front yards near main pipelines. I am so very grateful I came across them when they were doing work at our neighbor's house. They are very reliable, follow through & have all the tools needed to get big jobs done. They also have very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them for any of your tree needs!!! read more

West Valley Tree Service did an awesome job from start to finish! They came over quickly after I reached out, showed up right on time, and got straight to work. Their pricing was very fair for everything they did. They removed a Queen Palm and fully ground down the stump, plus trimmed up the rest of the trees on the property. Everything looks clean and professionally done. You can tell they know what they're doing. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing tree work! read more

Mario Martinez of West Valley Tree Service Inc. did a great job of trimming our tree for a reasonable price. He was very polite and professional. He sought our input when shaping the tree. He did a thorough cleanup. I definitely would use him and his company again. My neighbor used him and had an equally good experience. Thanks Mario. read more

Eric and his handyman came down and got straight to business! I had a large 12' Ficus on my property that was getting a little too large for my liking. They cut it down flush and cleaned up shop surprisingly quickly! I was very happy with their timing and cleanliness. They were very communicative, respectful and down to earth people. I will be using them for all my tree services! Gracias otra vez Eric y Dios los bendiga - Emmanuel read more

Eric and his team were great! I had 8 palm trees that needed trimming and haul away. He was super responsive and came out at the scheduled time, even early which was great. We will be using them every time our trees need trimming. Impressed that they cleaned up too, the guys I used in the past left a mess. Not these pros. Give them a call. They did 8 trees, cleaned and hauled all the debris away, and under 1.5 hours. 10 stars! read more

These guys were great! My yard needed some SIGNIFICANT weeding intervention and I had a few trees that looked like they hadn't been trimmed since Clinton was in office...I had a couple companies come out and quote the project and Eric was the most upfront and honest about what it would take. He offered suggestions and was very thoughtful with his estimate. When he and his team came out to do the work, they were incredibly efficient and worked together like a well oiled machine. I'm still shocked by the quality and speed in which they worked. My yard looks so amazing and respectable, I feel like my neighbors finally like me again. I will definitely be using them for any of my yard needs in the future. Great group of guys, incredibly friendly and genuine. I'm so so happy with the results! read more

They did great work and kept the area clean when they were done. I would definitely hire them again.

I can't recommend Eric and his team enough! I had a massive project that involved removing several huge queen palms and their stumps, trimming palms, and shaving the trunk of a huge canary date palm. Eric gave me the best price out of all the estimates I received, which was surprising because he already had so many great reviews. He was professional and provided a written estimate right away and showed proof of insurance. The guys came on time, worked hard, made sure I was happy with the work, and cleaned up well. Not only is his price super competitive but they truly do a great job and want to be sure you're happy. Glad I found these guys and will use them again. read more

Staff cleaned upon completion. Thank you, Eric and West Valley Tree Services! read more

I needed a quick turnaround time on a palm trim so I sent out quote requests through yelp. West Coast was one of the first to respond, answered all my questions over the course of a day, and offered me a very competitive price (palm trimming prices are all over the map right now!). He also took electronic form of payment which a lot of trimmers do not do in my experience. Thank you for the great quality work, A+ communication and service! read more

WOW!!! This company knocked it out of the park. They promised my they would take care of our trees and man did they deliver. They were prompt with an estimate , honest with their quote, and far exceeded my expectations. The trees look great and we watched them step back and look at the tree while they were trimming it to make sure it looked good as they went. Any of you looking for a someone to trim your trees and you can sit back and feel confident in your choice...this company is who you should choose. I wish I had more stars to give because these guys did a 10 star job. read more

After sending out requests for our queen palms, Eric responded promptly and politely. He had the best quote and since he already had a 5-star rating, we scheduled the work for that week. He and his crew were on time and did an A+ job on the trimming and clean-up. While he was there, I asked for an estimate for our junipers which hadn't been trimmed in years. He quoted me a price which I thought was fair and scheduled it for today. Once again, he was prompt and did a fantastic job. He checked with me periodically to make sure I was happy with the job. Eric and his crew made sure the yard was cleaned up of all trimmings. Highly recommend, will use from now on and will refer him to the neighbors. read more

Eric was easy to communicate with. He gave me a quote when I sent pictures and the price didn't change once he came. I appreciate that. He came early, was quick and efficient. Clean up after was great too! Thank you read more

Requested a quote and Eric responded almost immediately and came over to take a look for an accurate estimate at my earliest convenience. Very up front about cost and the work that would be done, not just throwing numbers out. Nice and honest guy. read more

Eric was very responsive to my inquiries, provided a reasonable estimate, and worked with my park's management to clear getting the landscape project approved for my home. They came out sooner than expected. They also suggested and installed a new drip hose. After they were done, I had to spend some time covering some areas of the hose that they left uncovered. Furthermore, one dripper was missing and then another apparently popped out. Getting Eric to come out to fix those took way too much time. Each time I contacted him, he would say he would come out the next working day but didn't show. This happened every week for four weeks, always saying they were busy. After sending an annoyed message, he finally sent a worker to fix it. So it took over a month for me to be able to use the new drip system. In summary, great start but lousy follow-up. read more

Eric and crew came out quickly and did a great job on our 19 King Palms. Trees look healthy and everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I'll definitely hire him again! read more

The team did a great job on trimming our large pine trees. They were very thorough with the cleanup as well. Will use them again.

You would never know a palm tree was there! I was shocked how good they were. We had a huge palm tree that was taking most of our yard, we live in a very compact community so we were worried about possible damage and a mess it would make. These guys were very professional and left the place spotless, stump removed, and absolutely nothing of that palm tree left behind. Highly recommend! read more

West Valley Tree Service was awesome to work with. They did a great job removing a huge palm tree out of my yard. They even took out the entire root. They have very competitive pricing, especially considering how well prepared they come and how considerate they are in making sure there is no damage to your home and assuring they leave your home cleaner then when they got there. Definitely recommend for tree services. Thanks Again!! read more

I gave them three stars because that is just about the kind of job they did. They did the barest minimum, and not to completion. Eric was very personable in the beginning, but when the crew wrapped and left after little more than half-a day's work (he had estimated two days for this job, which is about right) he became very defensive and argumentative. A few days later he finally agreed to bring a helper and take care of a little bit that had be left undone, but the hour or two they spent still wasn't enough to complete what he agreed to do. He did not seem to know what "remove" meant; while he did cut ALL of the trees that he said he would "remove", they are all still here. Lots of excuses, but not a complete job. The number of crew seemed to fluctuate, so we don't know how many people were here the whole time, but if you divide the total bill by 6 hours, it comes out to over $800/per hour. Unlike their other reviews, they left trash all over, both from tree trimmings and from their lunches, etc. Our dog even discovered human feces in a plastic nursery pot hidden under one of our oak trees. I grew tired trying to discuss things with him, and decided this might be the best way to get a few of the things completed that he and his crew failed to do. read more

I had 3 trees removed (2 that were dead and 1 overgrown ficus). Eric was super easy to work with, flexible with scheduling, and responsive to inquiries. He came out to take a look and give me an estimate the day after I reached out. The price was very competitive (I got estimates from 4 or 5 different businesses). The work was done in something like 90 minutes, and the team cleaned everything up very thoroughly. I notified my neighbors about the upcoming work over the weekend and didn't hear any complaints from them. I have another treelike bush I'm thinking of getting rid of in the future, and if I do I'd go with these guys! read more
