Dr. Kim and his staff are detailed oriented and take time to specifically communicate what is happening, when it's going to happen, how it may feel and what to do if you feel uncomfortable. Dr. Kim took his time and treated her with value, respect and dignity. Additionally, whether you are paying with insurance and/or out-of-pocket, I would suggest getting and setting expectations up front and retaining documentation.
