Had the misfortune of being caught in their scam. I purchased a kitchen cabinet set from them for…read more$1500, and while they arrived quickly, the cabinets were in horrible condition. just about every cabinet had superficial and structural damage (mainly the veneer on the cabinets were damaged, in addition to cracked joints where they are to be screwed together). Upon noticing this issue I had all of the cabinets returned, as a full bad set of cabinets, is basically a quality control issue, but this process did not go smoothly. The store owner convinced me to pay in cash (wish I had not), and when i wanted to take my business elsewhere, they refused and pointed to their store policy of no refunds. With the quality of the first set of cabinets being so poor, and me being unable to to get my money back, i went with a more expensive replacement which looked to be of better quality. it also arrived quickly but this cabinet set also had it's share of defects (though this time with fewer visible defects, and more structural defects). I am now stuck with overpriced, sub-par cabinets that I am unable to get a refund on because I did not notice the store policy earlier. While they do deliver the items, all of what they seem to deliver are defective/ broken items, and then hide behind their store policy, thus leaving you with no way of getting your money back. (new to yelp, but will try to find a way to upload some pictures of the crap I ended up with)

One of my cabinet order did not fit due to my oversight in measurement. Jason was readily to exchange the product for what I needed for the space. In addition, I wanted to add more to my island and Jason immediately said he would able to make it happen. The cabinet build is prestine and the cabinet quality itself is immaculate. I had a kitchen design model in mind when I got there but was not 100% sure. Jason gave me his honest opinion about the design which really gave me a better feel of decision. I was also deciding between two quartz countertops and he gave me his best opinion based on his pairing experience. Scheduling delivery was simple, they let me choose the date. I was ready for the delivery in happen in 2 weeks from initial visit/deposit. They were an hour early from scheduled time 10am that day. The adjustment cabinet and countertop measurement occurred a 4 days after The install of countertop was literally 3 days after. This was quite the quick turnaround time and we were so happy about that (although we were not in a rush). His staff was so responsive through the week when I had questions. When I further probed, is when she finally offered some version of an apology and told me she didn't see me on schedule. Why would I want to purchase a high ticket service from a company who can't follow through on simple appointments or offer any sort of decent customer service? After a couple years of searching for contractors, materials, and appliances to use in our…read moreapartment's renovation, we selected Martin Tellez company Lanzo Construction to renovate our apartment in Brooklyn, New York. Martin was always open to suggestions and changes. He was great at working together and in sync with the cabinet maker, and the countertop builder/designer, nobody had to delay their part of the project to finish our renovation. Martin's crew opened all the walls in our kitchen, living room and bathroom, and they prepared the water and gas connections, and replaced all the electrical wiring for the new appliances, light fixtures and a new electrical panel for the whole apartment. In the bathroom they installed a new bathtub with glass doors, sink, toilet, shower head and a medicine cabinet, they did the tile work for the walls and the floor, and the electrical wiring for the main light fixture and for the medicine cabinet. In the living room, they removed partially a wall and created a small dinning area and pantry section behind a wall. They also installed new gallery style lighting, and a light fixture over our dining table, and they put electrical outlets in every wall of the apartment, bringing all the electrical up to code and into de 21st century. For the kitchen, we hired an incredible cabinet maker that designed and built ours in the kitchen and a pantry unit in our hallway. We also hired a specialist on granite counter tops for our kitchen. Martin's crew prepared the walls for the new cabinets and they did the tile work on the walls and floor in the kitchen, and helped to set the countertops Martin was in charge of demolition, dry wall, electrical wiring and appliances installation, tile work in kitchen and bathroom, plumbing work in the kitchen and bathroom; also in charge of carpentry by building closets, installing sliding and regular doors, installing and finishing wooden floors, and painting the whole apartment. We are very satisfied with his work, and fair price, we will keep requesting his services for keeping up our apartment We are recommending Martin and his business to everybody that would like to have a great experience and a superb finished job doing a renovation.
