Wow.. that's all I can say. I walked into this project very skeptical of the reglazing process and how the final product would look in just painting over the pre-existing tile, especially because the original tile was black! David (the technician), obviously loves his work and it shows. He took a majority of the time just prepping the tile to accept the white paint color. He did an amazing job and was very clean and thorough. Super nice guy from the onset, very respectful of me and my work from home environment and took his time in doing the job right. I would highly recommend Westside Reglazing to anyone who is considering sprucing up their bathroom or kitchen. Very impressed. A+ read more

so so so happy with the work jesse and his team did! I looove our "new" master bathroom. the photos dont even do it justice, looks brand new! I also loved how professional they were A to Z. The extremely reasonable offer came in after only 1 day via Yelp and they already had a slot a few days later, showed up exactly on time and finished the job on time and in budget. We picked the porcelain white which looks really really amazing and premium (white but not too white!). Also, everyone was super friendly, respectful and clean. Highly recommended! read more

Westside reglazing did a good job at reglazing my bathtub. My bathtub looks brand new with the reglazing. I wished I had it done earlier when I first moved in. They are professional, honest, and complete the job in a timely manner. It only took one day! Faster than I expected. They also work with your schedule so that the reglazing is done while you aren't home. I left early in the morning and came back in the afternoon with the job completed. Yes, the fumes can be strong but it dissipates about a day or so later. I would most definitely use them again. read more

West Side Reglazing - West Side Reglazing did an amazing job with my tub. Looks like new. - General Contractors Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This is overdue. I have used West Side Reglazing two times. Both times they exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price. I had them redo a bathtub. Recently they reglazed an old garage sink for me and painted its base. It came out excellent. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMED.. Jessie was very attentive even with his busy schedule. I've had them work on 2 homes that I own, very professional, clean, and got the job done. Prices and warranty were reasonable. read more

First of all they have very bad communication skills and their workers don't even speak English. They didn't cover enough of the cabinets and furniture which after completion was all filled with dust and debris. There were places where caulking was necessary and they didn't do it, all they did was reglaze over the crack which made things even worse. After they left we had to clean and wash every single drawer and cabinet along with all the everything inside. We were left 6 days without a shower door. Had to call the management company in order to coordinate with them to have one of their guys come and reinstall the doors. Mind you this wasn't the guy who did the glazing, he came in with no tools whatsoever and just put the doors back. Later on after he left I found a roller on the bathroom floor. We had a horrible experience with them, wouldn't recommend at all. read more

My shower looked pitiful and disgusting so I made a couple of appointments with some contractors to come out and have a look and estimate the cost of replacing the shower liner and pan or possibly installing tile. Guess what; they never showed and gave lame excuses. I then called Home Depot to give me a cost estimate for a new shower liner. They quoted me 4-6 weeks at a cost of $7000! Are you kidding me? I was asking for a new shower liner not custom travertine! Fortunately a friend of mine suggested I call Jesse at West Side Reglazing. When I spoke with Jesse, he quoted me a price range over the phone and gave me an appointment for the very next morning. Leo showed up the next day right on time, finished the job in 3 hours and did an AMAZING job. My shower looks brand new!!!! And it only cost $320!!!! I'm beyond thrilled with the finished product, the service and the price. You need look no further! These guys are great. I've also posted a picture of the finished product but unfortunately I neglected to take any before pictures. I believe the results speak for themselves! read more

West Side Reglazing - After photo. My shower looks brand new! - General Contractors Near Me - Los Angeles, California

They missed appointments, showed up at weird times, lied and mislead me from the beginning (he will tell you on the phone you can use the tub same day, but his technician will tell you it's at least 24 hours, and that's just one example of the lies and inconsistencies they tell you), the workers were rude and didn't speak English. Funny thing was, when we tried to speak Spanish to the dude he'd walk the other way saying "no habla ingles" because he just didn't want to be bothered by us. Has to have them come back twice to fix mistakes, including caulking that's still messed up now. My tub looks good though. Hopefully it sticks. But over all it was not worth the hassle of dealing with these guys. read more

Our bath tub and kitchen sink look incredible!! West Side Reglazing did a fantastic job refinishing the porcelain. The technician, Leo, started early, was quick and efficient. He even repaired the sink so that we avoided replacing it altogether. Felix came in for quality control, was all smiles and cleaned up beautifully. Jesse was always available, and it was super easy to make an appointment and communicate with him as well. We will be calling them in the future for all of our Reglazing needs and definitely referring them to anyone who needs the same! Great job! read more

The final job was satisfactory, but I have a mixed review of communication with Jesse the owner. If you value good customer service I recommend finding another company. Jesse is, in short, a fast talker and can miss very important details that you might agree to over the phone. If the job is more important to you than good customer service then go ahead and try them, but just know that there are a number of other bathtub reglazing companies to choose from. I recommend calling at least 3 and find out which of them might be the easiest to work with. read more

I cannot rave about these guys enough! Jesse and his crew are the politest and most professional reglazers I have had the pleasure of working with. They are prompt, pleasant, and do an amazing job! I had Jesse work on two properties for me. I was nothing less than thrilled with the entire interaction from introduction to completion. Not to mention the bathtubs and kitchen sinks looked phenomenal! If you need reglazing services, look no more! Call Jesse and his guys! read more

West Side Reglazing! OUTSTANDING. Go no further. The work is beautiful. I had a very old, badly scratched bathtub. It looked dirty, and no amount of scrubbing and scouring helped. West Side arrived -- actually early! The work was completed so efficiently, the worker left things neat and tidy and I was almost blinded by the shiny white tub AND tile. It looks brand new, and I am so pleased. Jesse was so accommodating and eager to please, I didn't have to wait for a long time before the work was scheduled, and he did some juggling in my behalf. Yvette, too, was so pleasant and efficient. She is clearly informed and gave thorough information about when I could return to the apartment AND how long to wait before running any water in the tub. Also, great information about how to keep this beautiful tub looking beautiful. I highly highly recommend. read more

Thank you to Jessie and his team at Westside Reglazing. The Work: I was looking to match a specific pink for a sink from the 1930's. After reaching out to several companies, Jessie was the only one who was able to help. He's knowledgeable and great at educating people about the process of reglazing and what to expect. The sink is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. The Service: When you call, don't be alarmed if don't get an answer or call back right away. The wait is worth it. His technician will come to do the job and then return the next day for quality inspection. I appreciate the follow through. I had issues getting into the apartment, which made his team have to come back another day. It was a huge inconvenience for them but they didn't charge me for the extra trip and were totally cool about it. read more

My tub looks brand new ! The guy who did the work was prompt and friendly. One note is the fumes are way stronger than I could have imagined. Be ready to really air your house out with a lot of fans. Jesse quoted me between $280 to $380 and it ended up being $280 so that was great too. Happy customer. read more

Jesse and his crew and professional from start to finish. Our bathtub needed serious help and after a few phone calls and texting some pics to him he quoted me out a price that for into my budget and lined up with other quotes I had gotten. The tub looks incredible and not a speck of mess anywhere. Very happy! Be warned though: you need to leave the house for at least 4 hours which wasn't an issue for me but the chemical smell is overwhelming; it will take about 36 hours to air the house out but it's worth it. read more

West Side Reglazing - After - General Contractors Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Let me lead this review with the fact that I'm not their client; I'm a tenant of their client. That may have a lot to do with how my experience was. The gal (Yvette) that scheduled the process was quite nice and easy to communicate with. Jesse was not so easy to communicate with; I felt very dismissed. The man (Pedro) that did the job arrived early and aesthetically provided a nice product. He had to remove rails and doors to do the job (ok, cool - whatever needs to be done) and left them off to come back in a few days to put them back on. Unfortunately, he failed to show up to do this. I got the process rescheduled with Yvette and someone else came out to put it all back together which leads me to one of my biggest beefs. The person (name not known) did a fast/uncaring/no attention to deal lack of care kind of job. Caulking was left where it should not be and absent in places it should be. Attaching photos for you to draw your own conclusion/s. Keep in mind this is an old building that was not perfect when they started but I did hope for more... can't say that I'd call them for work again... for what it's worth, the tub is now "pretty" but the surrounding work is sub-par (for my taste). read more

They are great. Jesse took my call and I explained that I rented but our bathroom was disgustingly old. He arranged for Daniel to come out the very next day! After he got here and prepped the area for what I had originally scheduled just the sink, I decided to have him do the bathtub too. I am so completely happy with the end results. Just beautiful. Looks brand new. Clean! They are really good. I told them to give me as a reference. read more

Word to the wise: sinks are not warrantied. It's understandable as a policy because people can be hard on sinks, but was not stated up front, and my sink finish got a small chip and crack after just 6 weeks. I had been cautious and set all dishes on a rack in the sink (not directly on the new surface). I suspect it was from boiling water (from draining noodles) because I noticed the chemical smell was activated when I drained the hot water into the sink. I sent Jessie an email with a picture and he pointed out the warranty policy, which is in mouse type on the receipt.... the receipt I had to follow up and request three weeks after they did the work. He offered a one-time free repair (otherwise would be $30-50 per repair) convenient to their schedule - but I, too, work for a living and couldn't be there on their schedule. They also patched my tub and that is holding up just fine, but I won't use them again for my sink. read more

I was super impressed by Jesse and his crew. Technicians Leo and Hermon took the upmost care with not just my tub, but the entire bathroom and flooring throughout the house. The tub really does look brand new. The whole process was super easy. They were flexible with my schedule and were prompt. I sort of like the smell but am glad my tenant is off visiting family to give the place time to air out! An A+ experience. read more

Got my 80 year old lavender tile bathroom floors redone.. They look fantastic and it was much faster than I expected. Jesse was prompt, helpful with some other tasks, and very reasonably priced. My floors had broken and cracked tiles and the repairs are nearly unnoticeable. I thought my floors were hopeless and now they are looking like shiny new 6-sided lavender tiles which are impossible to buy anywhere. read more

West Side Reglazing came recommended to me through a colleague (I'm a architectural designer) for a personal project, my own home. I emailed Jesse some photos and he gave me some pricing options I requested. We then set up a time for one his guys to come out. Leo, showed up, on time and real friendly. He answered all my questions, got the job done as we talked about and left the jobsite clean! He did a GREAT job!! I'd happily call Jesse back any time and would be happy to recommend them to future clients. Thank you! read more

Jesse saved my LIFE on this project! I had 8 days and pretty much no $$$ to fix up a house and put it on the market. The bathroom was by far the grossest part of the house and every realtor we spoke to told us to completely remodel it, it needed a full gut and new everything. Unfortunately, my budget just wouldn't cover that..... so I called Jesse. Found him here on Yelp and there were all these happy reviews! He was super nice on the phone and his guys came out the very next day. The crew were very respectful of the other people in the house and they did a FLAWLESS job. It looked AMAZING afterwards! I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results... it truly looks like a brand new bathroom and I put about $500 in altogether painting and new fixtures and reglazing the tub. Jesse, thank you so so much for your help getting it done on time and better than I could ever imagine. You're my reglazer for *life*! read more

Jessie was fantastic to deal with. Super pleasant on the phone and responsive. Our bathtub was more difficult to refinish than the pictures that we sent suggested. Jessie however kept the original estimated cost the same. Thanks West Side Reglazing for making our bathtub looking like new read more

Jessie and his technician did an awesome job. My kitchen counter and sink look like new!!!

we had an old school tub that was in need of reglazing. I tried reglazing the tub myself with DIY kit from Home Depot but it looked like I re-glazed it with my eyes closed. After our tenant moved out, we decided to give professional a try. The result was amazing and their employee David spend almost 3 hours reglazing the bathtub because he had to strip my crappy DIY glazing first before reapplying new glaze. The tub looks brand new! read more

I was looking for an alternative to replacing the tile countertop in my kitchen and Jesse came to my rescue. I found his company on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided he would be my savior and he was. I now have a beautifully refinished tile countertop in a different color and design, and I couldn't be happier. He was very professional, explained the process, and made it so easy for me. I'm a perfectionist and he made me feel comfortable knowing the job would be done right. Leo was here on schedule to start the prep work and Jesse even sent me a video to show how he had sealed my kitchen off from the rest of the house. These guys are amazing and do quality work. I highly recommend them and will have them back to do my bathroom. read more

Repeat Customer! Need I say more. I came back for more Glazing goodness. I was happy with last job, therefore they earned this job. We had the tile on the wall glazed to match the tub. Again, they did what they promised they would do. I appreciate companies that keep their word. Jesse sent out a quality control person the day after the initial job to make sure everything was done to company standards. I am a happy repeat customer. read more

These guys did a TERRIFIC job with our TUB! It's an old clawfoot and it was in desperate need for a new re-glaze. They not only re-glazed it, but fixed place in the tub that had been corrorded we didn't even see. They were clear on how the service would work, kept us updated on the schedule, and did a good job! Very happy with the results. read more

Thanks Jesse and Leo for the "brand new tub" at a very reasonable price. You did a great job refinishing the surface, making it look clean and shiny! When I moved in, I removed an ugly glass partition glued to the tub, leaving some unsightly holes and yucky rust stains. Also the finish was worn and look dirty. Leo showed up right at 9 am as planned, presented the certificate of insurance and contractors' license to my bldg. manager. He left the bathroom nice and clean. Just be sure to do this process on a nice cool day because you'll need to open the windows when the intensely strong glaze is being applied. read more

These guys are simply outstanding. I described my situation to Jesse, who immediately put me at ease with his professional demeanor and technical knowledge. He was clear and forthright about what needed to be done and what the time parameters would be at a more-than-reasonable price. When we needed to communicate, he responded promptly. David came out and was courteous and personable, and was very respectful of the work environment. He did an amazing job reglazing and stripping/reapplying caulk. It's as close to showroom quality work as you can get. Extremely satisfied. read more

Love Jesse and his crew! After calling several companies, I chose Jesse mainly because he was the nicest one I spoke to. Customer service means a lot to me and if someone is coming inside my home, I want them to be friendly and respectful. Jesse and his team met and exceeded my expectations. And the quality of their work is exceptional! They reglazed my 1929 bathtub and it has never looked so good! David, who did the reglazing, was so careful and took great care in his work. He made sure to cover the floors from the front door all the way to the tub to ensure that he wouldn't leave a mark on them. I couldn't be happier with Westside Reglazing and highly recommend them! read more

I was not satisfied with their work on my bathtub. They left 12 inches drips and numerous uneven surfaces on the bathtub walls. When I called Jesse, the owner, to inform him of the flaws, he refused to believe it, he kept asking me what I meant by drips. I explained to him as best I could and told him he should come out and see for himself. He told me he would get a hold of his Quality Control guy and call me back to reschedule, He never called back. I left several voice mail messages that he never returned. I called him once again and he informed me him and his crew would be there the next day, they never showed. The next day I called him, he said it was Friday and too late and would be back out on Monday 8-12-13. On that day they finally corrected the problem, and was paid for his services. When I later spoke to Jesse on the phone, he informed me that the tub needed more buffing and would come out again on Monday, 8-19-13 to do that and also re-glaze my main bathtub, that he quoted me for earlier in the process of all this. I told him that I never committed to doing the second tub, I said I would think about it. At that point he became so rude, would not let me talk and finally hung-up on me! All in all it was a horrible experience working with West Side Glazing! read more

We gave several reglazing jobs to Jesse and West Side Reglazing. Unfortunately several of the jobs needed to be redone as the tubs were like a sand paper, sinks we chipping and peeling. The last apartment had 3 tubs that were done in September. Again all three tubs were rough like sand paper and tiles throughout the bathroom were covered in white paint dots. I called Jesse to come and fix it. He sent his barely any English speaking technician, who redid the job, but yet again the result was the same. At the end of September I have asked Jesse to stop by himself. He said that he is out of town and that he will come immediately upon his return. That never happened. In December I followed up with Jesse again. Again he said that he is out of town, but that he will send his technician to redo the job. This time the job was done slightly better, but sand paper like areas still exist. I asked Jesse to stop by personally. First he was out of town, then his wife went into labor, than he wanted to come, but got my response too late. Anyway, if you want to avoid false promises, lies and extremely poor job, stay away from West Side Reglazing. read more
