I called the office to inform them I was running behind but no answer, I'm aware of the grace period so I knew the time I needed to be in the door ( clearly not just in the door ) , when I arrived the girl was on the phone, this is why they didn't answer when I called, she's on the phone for 5 minutes, which puts me 5 minutes over my grace period but I waited patiently she gets off the phone and tells me I'm over my grace period, so I can't have my appointment anymore. I did everything one person can do but because I didn't cut her off in the phone call I'm the one forced to come back now another day. I was there within the time I needed to be, I called, if someone answered then I could of spoke to someone before completely wasting my time making it down there, I continued to drive down there cause I knew based off of maps I would be in the door within the time I needed to be. If she is on the phone both when I called and arrived how is that on me? This is extremely frustrating as I would think a place like this who deals with parents constantly would understand both ends but clearly not at all so in that case I guess interrupting the phone call is the right answer.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent care. What stood out to me most was the level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the visit. I felt that my concerns were listened to and addressed thoroughly, and the staff took the time to make sure both my child and I were comfortable and informed. It is very important to me as a parent to have a pediatric office where I feel confident in the care my child is receiving, and this office exceeded my expectations. The combination of a friendly staff, professional environment, and quality patient care made a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend this pediatric office to other parents looking for a dependable, compassionate, and professional healthcare team. We had an excellent experience and look forward to continuing our care with them.

As a new mother concerned about her baby's health, this was upsetting and left a lasting negative impression. I did not return to the office after that visit. Four years ago, I searched extensively through the pediatric provider list in the Summerlin area,…read moreand it was extremely difficult to find a good doctor. Even though there are many pediatricians nationwide, it's not always easy to determine which doctor is truly suitable for your child's care. After reading many reviews, I knew I wanted to share my own experience and express my gratitude toward Dr. Miniskun. Dr. Miniskun is an amazing doctor. He has many patients and a very busy schedule, and it's important to understand that all relevant information is documented in the medical records and scanned into the system. It's unrealistic to expect any physician to remember every detail of a patient's background without reviewing the chart. When the file is open, he is thorough and attentive to the patient's medical history, illnesses, and conditions. Dr. Tal is also excellent. He focuses on current vitals and addresses whether your child is sick, ill, or coming in for a wellness check or physical. When he asks how your child is doing, he genuinely wants to hear the parents' observations so that any concerns can be discussed and appropriate treatment can be provided if necessary. I would like to commend the entire staff for doing a great job keeping appointments on track and providing parents with the necessary information. Like anyone else, I may have had a bad day in the past and been rude once to a receptionist, but what truly matters is making things right. Professionalism goes both ways. If someone ever feels differently about the office, it may be best for them to look elsewhere--but as for me, I am truly grateful. Dr. Miniskun is a great doctor, and I thank him for everything. His advice and care for my son are invaluable.

We were wow'ed when we met Dr. Hull for the first time during a sick visit. As someone who finds education important, I was ecstatic when I researched where she attended medical school and completed her residencies. Her bedside manner is unmatched, she politely inquires about my medical knowledge of things so she isn't speaking above or below me. Her demeanor makes my son so comfortable that even during his stranger danger stage, he reaches out for her. She looks at the patient as a whole and her follow-up is impeccable. She also is the first to acknowledge if she is running a bit behind and always apologizes for the inconvenience, which is NOT the norm with most medical professionals in Las Vegas, plus she is rarely "behind" by Vegas standards.

We would usually end up with an ER visit at least once a season. Dr. Hull spent so much time and many many visits with us getting to the root of the issue and helped us to create a maintenance and action plan involving other specialists. Her approach is conservative. She really puts in so much work to understand the pathology of a symptom instead of just treating it for a temporary fix. Our daughter is so much healthier now, and as a parent, I feel like I have a better understanding of how to manage her seasonal symptoms. Dr. Hull is incredibly passionate about her patients and their parents. As a parent, you will never feel rushed or unheard. She will ensure you understand what you need to do as a caregiver in order to keep your children happy and healthy. She really wants to empower parents to be educated about maintaining a good quality of life for their children. Her bedside manner is wonderful. You will leave your appointment feeling like you talked to a friend and not a pediatrician. Our daughter LOVES Dr. Hull and talks about her all the time. She actually loves going to the doctor to see her. We could never tell her and her staff "thank you" enough times for all their expertise and gentle care. If I could redesign Mt. Rushmore, it would have four faces of Dr. Amber Hull!

When we arrived, we were not greeted nor were we introduced to the medical team. Throughout the appointment, the medical assistant remained standing in the middle of the van while using her phone, which made it difficult for me to communicate with the provider because I frequently had to look around her to speak. I understand the van is small, but there are seats in the front to sit. I also left the appointment without knowing either of their names. I walked in the house telling my husband I don't know any of their names. I had to look at my child's forms to figure out the providers name. As someone who works in the medical field, I understand how important professionalism, communication, and making patients and families feel comfortable are. Unfortunately, the level of service and patient interaction we experienced did not meet my expectations. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as these small interactions can make a big difference in a family's experience.

We've been seeing Dr. Mimi and her staff ever since she took over this clinic from Dr. Vu a few years ago. From the very beginning, her and the team have always been welcoming, friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. There have been several times where Dr. Mimi has gone above and beyond with how she genuinely cares towards our 3 year old son. But the one instance that really impressed us was when our son was about 1.5 years old where he contracted hand foot and mouth from daycare. It was around Christmas 2023 when we tried calling to see if she can see our son in clinic. We found out she was out of town but she then offered to do a telehealth appointment with us just so she can see our son and confirm it was HFM. It was so nice of her and reassuring that she was able to do that even with the holidays while spending time with her family. The clinic is separated into two areas- one for well child checks and the other side for acute/urgent care needs. We've never had a problem scheduling or calling the clinic to make an appointment with her in a timely matter. What's nice is that she now has expanded her practice to a second location in Summerlin with more available times with other providers to ensure our son is seen for any urgent needs. 10/10 with the friendly staff and great service. I definitely recommend Dr. Mimi and her practice!!
