This review has been long overdue, and to be honest for most businesses if I didn't review them…read moreimmediately I wouldn't think twice again about doing it. For John and his team at YourWay Insurance though, I'd be doing the public a disservice by not telling you about my wonderful experience. I recently got a new car and needed the title changed asap (as it was going to be my commuter car); but due to my busy work schedule the DMV's 6 hour line was out of the question. So I started researching and calling local car insurance/services business, and after my third call I finally got the response I was looking for. Unlike the other businesses that said my transfer was too complicated or that they'd need to make an appointment later in the week, John picked up and immediately made me feel heard and said to drop by as soon as I had the time so he could review my paperwork. Needless to say the rest of the experience was smooth sailing, he began processing my transfer asap and within a couple of days everything was complete and my car was ready to go. He even helped me get great insurance coverage for myself and my mother at a great rate. Personally I was INTIMIDATED handling legal documents/processes because I'm a young woman with little to no experience with DMV procedures. John and his team really eased me into the process, patiently explaining everything to me until I fully understood. They are honest and caring people that are truly looking out and seeking to serve the people of the South Bay. Give them a call and tell John I said hi, you won't regret it!

I came here for notary service, and it was exactly what you'd expect: no frills, just paperwork, stamps, and signatures. The service was handled by Godwin Ogubike Ajih herself, who seemed knowledgeable and got the job done without any real hiccups. Customer service was moderate -- polite enough, but not the kind of warm-and-fuzzy interaction you remember later. Think practical, straightforward, and focused more on efficiency than small talk. Ajih and Sons delivers what it promises: multi services with a reliable notary at the helm. Don't expect bells and whistles, but if you need documents notarized and you want it done right, they'll take care of you. Just be ready for an experience that feels more functional than friendly.
