This review has been long overdue, and to be honest for most businesses if I didn't review them immediately I wouldn't think twice again about doing it. For John and his team at YourWay Insurance though, I'd be doing the public a disservice by not telling you about my wonderful experience. I recently got a new car and needed the title changed asap (as it was going to be my commuter car); but due to my busy work schedule the DMV's 6 hour line was out of the question. So I started researching and calling local car insurance/services business, and after my third call I finally got the response I was looking for. Unlike the other businesses that said my transfer was too complicated or that they'd need to make an appointment later in the week, John picked up and immediately made me feel heard and said to drop by as soon as I had the time so he could review my paperwork. Needless to say the rest of the experience was smooth sailing, he began processing my transfer asap and within a couple of days everything was complete and my car was ready to go. He even helped me get great insurance coverage for myself and my mother at a great rate. Personally I was INTIMIDATED handling legal documents/processes because I'm a young woman with little to no experience with DMV procedures. John and his team really eased me into the process, patiently explaining everything to me until I fully understood. They are honest and caring people that are truly looking out and seeking to serve the people of the South Bay. Give them a call and tell John I said hi, you won't regret it! read more

They said they represented Care Plus & Medicare. I called Care Plus and they said it was a LIE. Do NOT us this company. It a big rip off an they will take your money with little coverage. Gary read more

John and his team at YourWay Insurance go above and beyond for you. He helped me with my home insurance. The house is an inherited rental, also in CA. where no one wants to insure. John tirelessly worked to get the older house insured and got it done quickly. Since I live out of state, he made it very easy to communicate and complete the procedure. They gave me all the advice I needed to make my insurance decision, and even went further with expert advice helping me to obtain it. Thanks so much John! read more

Bad customer service very rude answering my call and whomever I spoke to told me it was closed at 5:30 pm when it shows they close at 7 pm again bad Customer service apparently they don't want business read more

Everything was quick and easy over the phone. Insurance companies premiums have increased dramatically but I found them reasonable.

John goes above and beyond. He made me feel like family with his amazing service. We had an issue with our commercial auto insurance forms for my dad's landscaping business, and John helped us out tremendously. For us, a lot of the paper work was a bit confusing, i sent John the forms. He made a few phone calls, and shortly after our insurance issue was resolved. I highly recommend using John and his team. They will go above and beyond and make you feel like a priority. Thanks again John! read more

YourWay Insurance Services is our 'go to' insurance guys... we've been with them for over a decade now, and they are definitely our preferred insurance providers. We have some really great reasons to enjoy working with John and his team: Great service, excellent recommendations and a commitment to providing the very best value for our business. We especially experienced this recently, when we had to file a home owners claim unexpectedly... if it weren't for YourWay's excellent coverage recommendations, getting back to normal would have been a ton more difficult. Thanks YouWay Insurance! read more

It's been long overdue for a review with these guys. I've been with John and Chris for years now after they helped me greatly with my car insurance. They also helped me with my home insurance. Each time they beat the price of my previous insurance and even had better coverage. It's awesome! They treat me like family and I love it! read more

Another update because I spoke again with John and it turns out there was a mistake and he again offered to go above and beyond to rectify it, so I appreciate that. I'll still pay the bill because it was an honest mistake but wanted to adjust the review here. read more

I called for a quote, the man was very friendly. Although I did not pick his insurance company he helped pick a company that wouldn't end up charging me extra from what I was tolled. Sometimes they also will match the other companies' prices if it's a reasonable price! read more

Chris was very helpful in finding the cheapest insurance choice for me. I knew it was going to be pricey at my age but he took the time to check every insurance. We ended up going with our first option but he managed to get my as many discounts as possible and lowered the original amount. They dont mind going in after hours if you call and ask them. I did get quotes from other places and he definitely got me the best price. Glad i took a chance with them. read more

Hi every one, I'm a electrical contractor who was in need of an insurance policy for my small Buisness. I shopped around a bit before coming to all central insurance for a quote, and by far hands down there quote was very good and the coverage was extremely great. I would definitely recommend this place. I'm not the type to write a review but for the all central insurance I had to go the extra mile. I want to thank John for his professional help in my Buisness insurance which is going to help me get that much further. read more

I have used this insurance company in the past ... I love when I build relationships with companies I walked in today and John knew exactly who I was even tho he hasn't seen me in a year... sometimes building relationships with your customers is what keeps them coming back ... and that's exactly what all central insurance solutions has done they took great care of me as usual and gave me a great rate on my insurance I would suggest that you use them if your looking for a good insurance company. read more

We were attended by John who was very helpful in giving us various options to insure our two vehicles. I am financing my car and the premium can be a bit pricey, however my husband and I were able to insure both cars for a few more dollars of that of my old policy cost. All in all we were very satisfied with his services and will definitely continue doing business with John. read more

A while back I was in an odd spot where the place I was renting expected me to provide a million dollar liability to live there. This caught other agencies off guard and I was having a hard time achieving it. John, the owner, worked with me to get the coverage I needed and the documentation where it needed to go. He and his staff are wizzards who can get whatever you need handled at surprisingly good prices, even better than the big shops, while doing things the big shops told me couldn't be done. So to anyone reading this please listen up! This place is the BEST, let me say that again, THE BEST place to go to for insurance! Especially for first timers like myself. I promise you, you won't regret meeting John!!! So I'm 21 and really new to this whole insurance thing. I know most places can find me gullible, but John is definitely the man to go to for any questions! He doesn't rush you into anything like most places, he truly cares. John goes out of his way to ensure you great quality! He even stayed beyond his closing hours to wait until I got off work just so i can sit with him and discuss my options! Not only that but he also came in on a Sunday (his day off) just so he can tell me more options he found. Like I never had any other place do that. John will treat you like family! He offers everything he can to get you the best deals. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH HIM!! I am most definitely going to refer more people to him! Thank you for your patience and help John! read more
