Jeffrey's assistant was very nice when I first signed up with Farmers. Then the emails kept coming…read moreand coming... asking for more information. Incompetence? Perhaps... but it was almost as annoying as their newsletters. Who wants to hear from their insurance company unless you have a claim, or it's a bill? Speaking of bills, one time I had to contact Jeffrey Pellissier's office to ask him why he hadn't sent my bill to me. I received it several days later. I really felt that if Jeffrey's office was this incompetent with the little things... things would probably be much worse if I got into an accident. I asked Farmers Insurance to switch my provider, and they refused. I will never use Farmers again.

I wasn't so lucky. I was throughly disappointed. The customer service was decent. My issue is that…read morethe underwriter has you to submit your heart & kidneys to tell you NO. They don't tell you to submit all of the documents at once. They ask for this, and then you submit that. Now they need something else. You submit that, then, they need something else to tell you sorry for the inconvenience, but at this time, and you know the rest. You shouldn't have a customer waiting 2 weeks of answers for 2 weeks for a big letdown once I've submitted all of my personal information. Basically, they should request documents for eligibility/approval and then give you a quote based on the information given because the quote usually increases anyway. The underwriter requested/collected several documents, which wasted my time and your support staff time. Not to mention. You should get an explanation or reason for the denial letter. The process is time-consuming and frustrating.

Adam was incredible! We will stick with him for the long haul…read more We had worked with Farmers for the past 4 years and been pretty underwhelmed by their service and prices. I reached out to Adam via email after googling local insurance brokers. My goal was to see if we could increase coverage and manage to save any money in the process. Adam responded almost immediately within a matter of hours from when I sent him a message. This was on a Friday. We corresponded via email fairly quickly so he had what he needed to run numbers for us. He told me he would follow up Monday (the next business day), and he did. Adam was able to save us a significant amount of money AND increase our coverage in a lot of different ways. We had a simple call after I had decided to work with him, and he walked me through everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The idea of changing insurance had felt really daunting and so I had put it off - for quite some time. Adam truly made it as painless as possible, and now I can relax knowing we are covered.

After weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks of wasting our time, promising quotes for our national tour, she simply stopped corresponding with us, never called, never emailed and completely 100% dropped the ball. Unprofessional, no follow through, scrappy correspondence. Amateur. Negative 5 stars. PITIFUL excuse for "one of the 50 best places to work." How does this JOKE of an insurance company stay in business if a SENIOR VP acts this way? Now... it is possible that she had a tragedy, or got sick or something happened, but there was NO hand off or explanation AT ALL.

BS! Then I told him he has to notify me before he charges me..and he said he sent an email...not true..and when I asked him to forward the email...nothing...and when I spoke to him he was unapologetic, had a major attitude, and told me he would charge me the $75 early cancellation fee (which was at his discretion)...even after a previous email stating he'd take care of me. !!!!!!BE WARNED OF $150 broker fee for rental insurance. He did not appropriately disclose this fee, because there is no way I'd pay $150 on a $220 policy! BOGUS!!! He is now ignoring me and refuses to forward me the email he sent about the "renewal fee". WHAT A SCAM!
