Highly recommended! Very nice cabinetry! Very professional and fast! I was amazed at how fast they could build beautiful custom cabinets! A lot of them! I have a large kitchen! Steve was patient and receptive to my changes and inquiries through the whole process! My cabinets are beautiful and the price was reasonable! Steve also helped me update my fireplace with shelving flanked on both sides and wood trim! Don't go anywhere else! I mistakenly thought they would cost more and take longer! I recommend West Pacific Cabinets for all your cabinet needs!

    Terrible Pain Job

I've waited three years to write this review. First of all we were given a verbal quote for our cabinets as being made of WOOD. They arrived as particle board. With much negotiation and a rude receptionist we at least got the drawers changed to all wood. We were in dire need of the cabinets by that point so we just bit the bullet and had them installed. Our cabinets are white so we went with the painter they used, Color Custom Creation. I've uploaded pictures of the wear that three years has taken on the paint job. We live in a retirement community so it's probably obvious that there are only two of us that live in this house. This morning, the final straw. The little storage area in front of the sink fell off. Plus I have had to fill in cracks over the past three years where the trim has separated from the cabinets. No paint was left for us to "touch up" the terrible paint job. I had white painted cabinets built by Plaza Cabinetry, for 15 years in my previous residence, 8 kids and two adults lived there and I NEVER had issues like this. Anyway, nice people but I dread to think what these cabinets will look like in the next few years. No doubt we will have to have them repainted if we every sell. Take a look at the photos I posted.

I love my kitchen and I've also approached him about a future project. I had a basic 1970's era condo kitchen-outdated but can't really change the footprint. I tried to revive it with refacing. It still didn't function well, but I worked around it. A leak in the wall behind the cabinets, forced an unexpected remodel. I received estimates from several contractors using stock or RTA "IKEA" kitchen cabinets. The cabinets I saw in these stores did not seem as sturdy as my existing cabinets. I couldn't customize and would have similar unusable spaces where the pre-made cabinets are put together. The contractors and pre-made cabinet stores told me custom cabinets would cost twice as much as their estimates. While looking for design ideas, I saw multiple Houzz and Reddit posts stating a local carpenter could give me custom cabinets at a much better price. I am so glad I paid attention to the posts! That's how I found Sacramento Millworks. His price for my project was comparable to the quotes I received for stock cabinets. Raymond is a carpenter and a designer. Because of his experience, he handled everything. He walked me through everything, including a trip to the granite and tile shops. I just picked colors. He was very patient. Most of contractors I've worked with recently send employees to do the work. They just pop in here and there until it's time for payment. Raymond was on site working with one helper everyday. I really appreciated that!

A huge reason I've chosen to stay with Closet Gallery is Stacey, my designer. She has truly been a breath of fresh air to work with. She listens to what I want, understands my vision, and always comes up with designs that I absolutely love. She has made each experience enjoyable from beginning to end, and she is honestly one of the main reasons I continue choosing this company. I've also been very happy with the quality of my closets. I've loved them enough that I've even gone back and ordered additional shelves! There are just a few things I would love to see Closet Gallery consider in the future. As a returning customer, I think it would be wonderful to offer military discounts and possibly returning-customer discounts, especially on additional shelving or upgrades after purchasing a complete closet system. I would also love to see more digital payment options, such as Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, particularly options that allow customers to pay conveniently without additional fees. Those suggestions aside, my overall experience has been wonderful. Stacey continues to knock it out of the park with every space she designs for me, and I'm already looking forward to seeing what she comes up with next. Three closets down and definitely not done yet!

I appreciated that. They replaced the damaged boards and installed the broken doors, and painted the chipped door, and aligned doors so all knobs looked symmetrical. Jamie stayed the entire way through as did Lyndell to make sure the work had been completed accordingly. I was pleased with the results, but wish things could have been a lot smoother than they were. If I could go back in time, I would have just chosen another business. Darria, however made the entire transaction worse than it had already been due to her unprofessionalism, yet Lyndell made up for that. I still wouldn't have paid over 12k for the work, but it's over, and that's what matters most.

One of the constant compliments that we have gotten is that it looks like it always belonged in our Tudor cottage, but it's bright and modern. On top of the project coming out so well, they were wonderful to work with: listened well to our needs and incorporated them into the design, communicated with us daily, STAYED ON SCHEDULE, arrived ON TIME, CLEANED UP DAILY, were polite and pleasant people to have in our home for a month.

John, the owner, and his team were all super friendly, professional, and always on time, which made the whole process way less stressful than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect since this this type of stuff is way over my head! What I appreciated most was how easy everyone was to work with. John was collaborative, shared ideas, and helped me think through options I wouldn't have considered on my own. Leading up to the install, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer everything clearly and patiently (lol)...never making me feel dumb or like I was asking too much. Communication was solid the entire time, the work was done as promised, and I am really happy with how everything turned out. Right in the middle of the remodel, I had to leave on a work trip and I didn't hesitate to give them access to the house so they could finish on time (they actually finished a couple of days early). If you're looking for a remodeling company that knows their stuff and is genuinely easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend Complete Construction for your remodeling needs.

John, the owner, and his crew did a flawless job from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the result. It's a beautiful bathroom and was done with care and respect for our living zone. John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. By far the most pleasant construction experience to date and I highly recommend their services.
