"Well, i actually am able to look at both of the offices and have the power to cancel it here, and i'm not seeing anything so you must have something wrong, or they cancelled it already" "Okay if they cancelled it that's o-" "Goodbye. Thank you." Just nasty behavior, rude as hell.

They did a great job, needle for anesthesia was extremely painful this time but I think it was just a sensitive area. Normally a small wink of pain but this one shot up into my head. Dr was apologetic don't think it was anything he could have avoided. Other than that cap Fits great! Got some tiny cavities filled. Nataya (not sure if I spelled it correctly) had great energy made the experience pleasant and she worked quickly to fill and fit new cap. Hopefully it won't need replaced for another 20 years.

Somewhat made my case a little confusing tho, and no matter what I have to go to a endo specialist. I was told my root could be a complicated procedure, but thats another story.. lol The care I received was good, nothing to write home about, like I said staff was friendly, even gave me some water , offered room temp or cold, so that was nice... What I did not like was the chair to sit in during my exam, Im a bigger guy, but this chair was small, and side arm rests poke into your side.. so already adding to my anxiety level.. lol..

My husband had a lot of work that needed to be done and we were asked to pre-pay it. We asked if we can pay as it was being done, they refused. We paid thousands of dollars worth of work he didn't end up getting done here. My daughter had the same permanent crown done several times, because they couldn't get it done right. It kept falling off, we kept having to come in and pay each time we came in, why do we need to keep paying for something that isn't getting done right? We got tired of coming here and having bad experiences, We decided to go elsewhere. SUPER happy with the new place.
