Hello, I am writing…read moreto formally notify management of a serious security incident that occurred on the property. On 12/31/25 all four tires were stolen from my vehicle while it was parked at the parking lot by the second entrance I discovered the vehicle on 12/31/25 7:00Am. Significant damage was caused, and the vehicle was rendered undrivable. A police report has been filed , and photos documenting the damage are available upon request. What is especially concerning is that I am aware this type of theft has occurred previously within the apartment complex. Given the repeated nature of these incidents, it appears management was--or should have been--aware of an ongoing safety issue affecting residents' vehicles. I was not notified of any prior incidents nor warned of an increased risk in this area. This serves as a formal request for the following: * Written confirmation that this incident has been documented by management * Information regarding any existing cameras on the property and whether footage is being reviewed * An explanation of what security measures are currently in place * Details on what immediate steps will be taken to address and prevent further incidents (e.g., increased lighting, security patrols, cameras, or resident notifications) While I understand that apartment communities often disclaim responsibility for theft, management does have a responsibility to take reasonable steps to address known and recurring safety issues and to notify residents accordingly. The lack of preventative measures or warning in light of prior incidents is deeply concerning. I am requesting a prompt written response addressing the above points. I would also like to discuss reasonable accommodations or resolutions moving forward, given the financial loss and safety concerns resulting from this incident. After I wrote this honest review about tires being stolen and other security issues, and the manager said she would call me, claiming I was "trying to ruin the complex's reputation." I found this extremely unprofessional, as she seemed more concerned with protecting their image than actually addressing the ongoing problems. Now that I posted this review, she's stating that I am not a resident just to make the property look good but that's ok. The photos speak enough for itself, and if the other residents were to speak up to then maybe we're able to actually resolve this ongoing theft problem. You never think it's going to happen to you until it does. This is just sad. #speakup 1/2/25 I am extremely concerned by the unprofessional conduct of management following a review I previously posted. Instead of addressing the issues raised, the apartment manager contacted my mother regarding my review and has continued to make repeated contact with my family to ensure it is known that she is upset about what I wrote. This behavior feels inappropriate, intimidating, and crosses personal boundaries. Reaching out to a resident's family members over a review is unacceptable and has made me feel threatened and harassed rather than heard. Reviews are meant to provide honest feedback. Management's response should be focused on resolving concerns, not retaliating or involving family members. This experience has left me deeply uncomfortable and raises serious concerns about professionalism, privacy, and tenant treatment.

To start with, the whole office team is extremely friendly and made the move-in process feel very comfortable. Throughout our stay they have been very helpful in everything and are just very cheerful in general! The amenities are maintained very well and have never had a issue with the pool, fitness center equipment, common use grills or anything else in general. The unit itself is very well constructed and maintained and except for regular wear and tear related issues, we never faced any problems and even these are addressed really quickly. Also you can submit your tickets online (their website is mobile friendly as well!) We have had every issue resolved within 24 hours (even minor ones) and the maintenance guys are also very friendly. They also throw some parties once every couple of months which are fun and you get to meet your neighbors and make new friends! In terms of neighborhood, this is a great place and you have every kind of store possible within a half mile radius. Target, H.E.B, Walmart, Kohl's, Walgreen's and many more stores are within a half mile radius and so are some great places to eat! Think of a cuisine and it's there! Also some decent bars in the vicinity, Just across the road is a Fox n Hound and Skybox (decent bar with about a dozen pool tables). Close to major hospitals. CVS right opposite. The only minus is the availability of parking spots and if you come back late in the evenings, you may have to walk a bit as chances of finding a spot close to your apartment may be slim if you are living close to the front of the complex. However, it wouldn't be more than a 5-10 minute walk from anywhere you park. Overall, we have been extremely happy with our stay here and if we come back to Houston, this is the place where we would stay!!

They do not care if you are a good or bad tenant. It is all the same to them. It is a scam and fraud when you think of leaving.

For example, I showed Ashley my recent electricity bill that had skyrocketed way above the normal. I suspected the a/c unit and just expected them diagnose it and fix it, but she immediately put in a maintenance request on replacing the whole unit. Ive had the same roof leak for 10 years. They have so much turn over that i cant get it through to them that they need to clear the roof drain. Thats right yall! These apartments aren't even capable of maintaining a roof drain! As a matter of fact they won't even take preventative measures to help me out. They are so un concerned they wait until my roof leaks (which happens to be in my bedroom btw) Vendors such as painters have damaged my property multiple times. They've gotten paint on my ipad and bed covers, blood on my carpet...Or like that time they had to dig a six foot hole in my kitchen. Oh boy what a time! Management assured me they would tape the kitchen off so dust wouldn't get everywhere and guess what??? They jack hammered into my kitchen and simply covered a few of my furniture items (meanwhile I have extensive electronics) it took months to get the dust out of my unit Ive had my identity and other documents stolen from the mailbox which is on THEIR property in a cage which they did NOT AT ALL help me with. They didn't even care there was someone breaking into their residence's mailboxes. They did NOTHING WHATSOEVER. They didn't even tell the residents there was a problem. I had a high credit score and now I'm practically trapped here They have now hired a tow truck company to Fish and STEAL from their residents Their tow truck company STOLE my vehicle from my parking space after my plates were STOLEN from me and I was going through the whole re plating process. They STOLE my car because the plates didn't match even though its the same make model and THEN TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO SEIZE MY CAR WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINT FROM ANYONE OR ME, THE RESIDENT. I have a work van that has been broken into several times. They will hire a towing company to fish their own resident's vehicles but will NOT hire security. I have a dog who is 10. I paid my deposit for him, gave the apartments his records and photos when i got him. I had even been paying pet rent. A year ago they said they didn't have any record or deposit of my dog and tried to get that money out of me AGAIN! Ive lived here for 10 years. It used to be a quiet, gated community. They tore down our gate about 4 years ago and each staff got worse and worse. And finally they let it all go and started renting section 8. Im trapped here at the moment because of the identity thief I mentioned. Pray for me yall

Well at first I was told it would take maybe a week. Here we are 4+ weeks out and I've yet to see anything. When I tried to call after several attempts of trying to reach her. She told me that she was waiting on a contractor still to fix the place. I was understanding at first , but then she never gave me any kinda of information on when it may ever be ready. So, after waiting about 4+ weeks I contacted the management company because I wanted my application fee back. That also, took some time to get ahold of them. Basically they said I could get 15 back from the 65 I paid for when it was there fault they didn't do their job. After they called me then Pelicia thought it was appropriate to call me finally and get an attitude about how I got her in trouble. When I told her management company that they need to tell her how unprofessional that is they laughed at me. Overall a very unprofessional business and I would not recommend doing business with them.

The units don't have bugs and the maintenance men fix your requests in usually same day. There are some really good walkable restaurants nearby. The only negatives are- -you have to pay for cable/internet through them. I never watched cable in the four years I've been there and I'd rather not pay for that service -I was robbed once ( door broken down, a lot of things stolen) -people can be loud on their porches if you live with your porch facing in a courtyard. The noise really travels. This only happens sometimes though, for the most part people are really respectful -the parking lot fills up and you frequently have to park in a different floor than you live on That all being said, it's bittersweet to be moving. I've loved my home!

The transformer for the pool lights is installed right outside my unit, and shortly after moving in I started hearing a humming noise. It took a technician to finally locate the source, and instead of replacing the transformer, which clearly needed it, they applied a quick fix that only lasted about a month and a half. Now the problem is back, and it's even worse. The system is humming again and making an arcing noise when it turns on. The lights run on a sensor that activates only at night, so this disturbance happens when maintenance and the leasing office aren't working. I submitted another request and even called the leasing office, but the response I got was extremely disappointing: essentially, if it can be fixed, great, if not, there's nothing more they can do. They also don't want to investigate it thoroughly because the issue happens at night. This is unacceptable, especially for something that affects a resident's ability to sleep and feel comfortable in their home. I'm leaving this review because I've given multiple chances for this to be handled properly. I will gladly update this review if, and only if, this issue is fully resolved. Update: The Maintenance Supervisor has now identified a solution and ordered the necessary replacement part. They have also turned off the pool lights on my side temporarily to prevent further disturbance while the repair is pending. I appreciate the effort taken to address the issue, and I am hopeful that the new part will fully resolve the problem once it arrives. I will update this review again after the repair is completed.
