After a death in the family we came home to clean the property and ordered a 30 yy roll off for $880.00, to which payment was made in full before the Bin was delivered on August 17 2026 for the agreed 10 days. Pick up was for August 27,2026. A driver did come but immediately found that the vehicle he had wasn't the right one to pick up a Roll off. He apologized and left. I called the company and was told that there were no drivers to pick up on this particular day, and one would be sent out the next day (mid day) August 28, 2026. So we wait no call from WOA after 1:00 p.m. I call WAO and ask again when is the pick up, because we have a flight out the next morning at 8 a.m., at this point I'm put on hold for a good 15 minutes and another gentleman comes on apologizes and says the driver who was supposed to do the midday pick up left the job, went home sick told no one. He then asked if there would be access to the property, I say NO, the gates on our property will be locked and cameras will be on. By now he doesn't know what to say or how to resolve this issue, he went as far as asking if the BIN could stay on our property until we come back on island in 2-3 weeks (SERIOUSLY) so again I'm put on hold for another 20 minutes, he comes back on line and asked if he could call back while he tries to talk to management to find a resolve. After awhile he calls back and says that a manager with his appropriate license will make the trek out here and pick up the BIN between 5-6 p.m. (Refer to my pictures) because yes at 7:30 p.m. BINS were still on our property, I call and leave a msg. WE awake at 4 a.m. August 29, 2026 and BIN still here. So we reschedule to a later flight to try and resolve this. I call WAO at 8 a.m. I get Joe again, ask him what happen because now we rescheduled our flights to get this BIN out and not have it on PROPERTY. He apologized says he doesn't know what happened after he left work yesterday for the day, well that doesn't help me! I ask him if we're to keep it on property we should be reimbursed for storage Yes because now we're storing your property, he says it's above his pay grade and no managers are on sight as the wife of the owner passed away and her funeral was being held today, he was the only one on sight because the field (drivers) are on but there was no drivers available for this 30 yy roll off. I give him my condolences on their loss but still make it known that this matter needs to be dealt with. He tells me he will send out a MASS email, what that's supposed to do I don't know. Now I'm supposed to wait for a call back or email, all the while we're still leaving island with this Frickin BIN still on property. You tell me BAD BUSINESS OR BAD BUSINESS. I believe we should be reimbursed, the $880.00 or PAID the $880.00 for storage of that DAMN BIN My next stop BBB, and No this company isn't Accredited by them, I wonder why. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. They did not collect our rubbish at a place of business for over 3 months. I had to call and email everyday, multiple times a day. The dispatcher kept promising me that our rubbish would be collected, however no one would show up. I believe they would just tell me that someone was coming to collect the rubbish just to appease me and get me off the phone. It began to be a health hazard to our employees so we had to spend $700 to have a junk collection company come and remove the rubbish in the bin. Also, they had no problem sending me invoices on a timely basis every month for services they did not render. I refused to pay the invoices for the 3 months of no service and we cancelled service with this company. It took them a month to take their rubbish bin. We should have charged them rent to keep it on our property. read more

West Oahu Aggregate - 2 months and counting of no pickup - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

This company has very rude and lazy drivers who do not care about your property! They will break fences/walls, spill paint, damage your bins... etc. They breach their own contract every other month for weeks at a time by missing pic ups which back everything up. No value. read more

Terrible company and horrible management. For a 40yard bin, paid for it. 3 1/2 weeks later I get a charge for $730+ without notice or warning. Called and said there was an over weight charge-which is understandable BUT there was no notice of charge. Called to talk to manager and he was a wimp and was of no help with terrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING TAKING YOUR MONEY! Although there are very few options on island for trash services, I would suggest going with anyone else besides WOA. I manage a building in Waikiki and more times than not I have to call woa to remind them to do their job. It is unacceptable for a multi unit condo building to go multiple days without trash services like WOA has left our building on numerous occasions. When I call the office, someone always says that I'm on the schedule and they will be there to service our building but no one ever shows up the day they said they would. All the office staff and management do is give you the runaround and tell you how shorthanded they are . Guess what!? THATS NOT YOUR CUSTOMERS FAULT! I continue to be billed for services that are not being completed. Even though the green guys may be more in price the value is there because they actually do the job their being paid to do unlike WOA has been. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Unacceptable, do better woa! read more

Originally Aloha Waste, and you would think that by joining up with WOA there should be more on time pickup. In the last 1.5 years this company has been "late" on pick up more than once letting it get to a disgusting overflow. I feel like this should be identified as a health hazard when it starts to get this horrendous. As a resident there is nothing that can be done, I would hope that this company would want to avoid a fine from the city and do everything in their power to remedy this, but there has been no action so far and this continues to be an issue. read more

They are contracted to pick up the trash 3 times a week in my neighborhood. They routinely miss days at a time. They are rarely, if ever, here 3 times a week. There are currently overflowing dumpsters all over our property and they are no where to be found. They either don't answer the phone or say they'll get there when they can. Look elsewhere for your trash removal needs unless they have a huge turnaround. read more

Missed pick up again. We pay for 3 day a week pick up. They came once last week. This week is not starting out good. Buying another company did not improve their business, it crippled it. Time to find a new company. When our site manager calls to find out when they are coming, he gets hung up on, not good customer servic. read more

Terrible service, missed pickup days, leaves a mess in the trash room. called the dispatcher is a joke. they stay just silent and play dumb. Crappy service and raise the fees. i don't normally write reviews but service sucks. why is it our problem when you have equipment and personel problem read more

The best for all dumping needs. Response time is excellent and scheduling is as easy as pie. Communication with driver before delivery is great. Everyone I spike with was so nice and helpful. We had some demolition going on and needed a bin. Contacted WOA and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Once out bin was full, I called them up and asked for a swapout. Pricing is very reasonable, considering they are disposing of the stuff the normal person would have trouble with. (WOA needs to know what types of materials will be put into the bin, so have that ready.) I give WOA an A+++ rating. read more

When had ROLL OFFS prior to WOA and ALWAYS had GREAT SERVICE! Now that WOA is our service provider, they perpetually never meet our needs due to a lack of drivers has been the EXCUSE! It doesn't surprise me looking at all the complaints that they receive on YELP. If you ask me, they should be paying their entire staff more money especially the drivers and create a working atmosphere so people would enjoy coming to work! Pretty sad if you ask me! Terrible service from top to bottom and I wish ROLL OFFS were still around. IF YOU CAN CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDERS, DO IT TODAY because it will not get better and nothing is being done to get it better! read more

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company will miss pick up a lot. Since Aloha Waste was bought out by W.O.A, we've experience a high volume of missed pick ups. Sorry he's a new driver, or the driver was sick and oh, the truck broke down. I know, that all legitimate, right? But how many times would you except those same excuses? Especially after holidays, the SuperBowl etc.. It's crazy to think that pick up service can be sooooooooo... bad. But it is with this company. I gave it a star because it wouldn't slow me to keep it blank. read more

I live in busy mmMakiki off Pensacola Street. This is an 11-story Villagebuilding. When West Oahu aggregate doesn't pick up the garbage it backs up. If every floor has a garbage chute that drops the garbage directly into the big bin down below. We are all paying for the garbage to be picked up three times a week. When it doesn't get picked up one of those days the garbage backs up so the garbage shoots stop working they get full and filled with bugs. The resident manager of the building knows about the problem and has called them many times. Sometimes they say they're short-handed and they missed a pickup. Sometimes they deny missing the pickup even though we know that they didn't come by. In other words it doesn't do any good to call. This is a health hazard because the garbage starts pulling piling up in the hallway all the way from the trash chute to the elevator doors. I don't have any control over which company we use and that's unfortunate. I'm actually considering moving because this is a health hazard and a fire hazard too. Disappointing to say the least... don't use this company. If you Google garbage or Waste Management you will find other companies that will do a better job. read more

Several months ago WOA bought Aloha Waste who had served my Condo complex (Palm Court, Ewa) well for years. Almost immediately our trash pick up from a reliable 3 times per week (by contract) to, maybe, once per week, Their excuse was that most of the drivers from Aloha failed their drug tests and that they (WOA) were having trouble finding replacements. After being threatened with legal action, things sort of got better, but now for the last month, we're back to one pickup per week and it's getting messy. Once again their excuse is lack of qualified drivers ... yeah right, I'm beginning to think that they're having trouble finding minimum wage workers who also have a current Hi CDL ... or something like that. read more

Have worked with WOA for a couple years now but lately have not been happy with their services. Once a month they have missed a pick up at our business and there are still charging us for the full monthly amount. Latest frustration is it's been 2 weeks since last pick up. I keep getting the "tomorrow" answer also. Must take care of what you have before you purchase another company! Kupuna read more

Another week passes, another 4 of 7 mornings woken at 3 or 4 am by the incessant beeping at top volume and violent smashing of dumpsters outside my window by the considerate folks at WOA. How is it possible that you must come to this street SO MANY TIMES PER WEEK. There cannot be this much trash. I refuse to believe it. How is it possible that you cannot begin work during daylight hours. Why must you continue to torment us like prisoners of war who are not allowed to have meaningful rest. How is there no volume control on your reverse beeping noise. Why do you need to have this noise on when there is NO ONE AWAKE TO REVERSE INTO. These are the questions I shall never have answered. My eternal nemesis, WOA, one day your tyranny and control over the sleep and rest of the people in Waikiki shall end. One day. read more

Unreliable! Our dumpsters are overflowing can't give us a definite answer when our next pick up will be.

Extremely poor service. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. We're supposed to have trash picked up 3 days per week but we haven't had our trash picked up so far this month and we're 21 days into the month. Use anyone but them! read more

Hire part- time people! You miss scheduled pickup because you are short staffed! Being short staff is a poor excuse.

Drivers are always late or never ever come to grab the trash other then when called. If the bin is over flowing they put the trash to the side, empty the bin out and leave the rest of the trash there. Then the homeless come and make an even bigger mess. Super pilau! Not sure how to get this to change. Maybe a lock on the gate? Or just more Malama? read more

Lack of available drivers is causing recurring delays in picking waste from my condominium. Last pick up was a week ago and we are supposed to have pickup 3 times a week. Garbage is overflowing which just attracts more rats and other vermin. This has happened several times since they acquired Aloha Waste last year. Unfortunately there is no alternative service available. read more

WOA is such a disappointment , to say the least. They show up, whenever they want (6.am. ?!), if at all. We have been waiting for these people to pick up the trash at our Condo building for 7 days now! Calling every day "customer service" and they still don't show up. They don't care that we pay them and that they have a contractual obligation to pick up the trash. What a clown show. Appalling ethics. read more

Bad service. Don't ever hire them. They charge twice to your debit/credit card with out letting the customers . Our first charge is ok which stated in the contract and per representative. After they pick the bin 7 days after they deduct additional amount again from our debit/credit with out letting the customer. When I called them their billing representative told me over weight. You should notify the customers first before deducting additional amount from their bank. We are shock . This is probably happened to a lot customers to them. read more

After calling several companies it was easy to chose West Oahu Aggregate. I spoke to Don Enoki who explained the process of renting a dumpster. Since I was uncertain of the size I needed he helped determine that it would be best to take the largest dumpster. Don was the only person that was willing to go to the property to determine the feasibility of getting the dumpster on the property. He followed through with always calling and assured a prompt delivery, The dumpster was clean and the property was not damaged in anyway. I definitely would recommend West Oahu Aggregate. read more

For the past 2 1/2 months I've had to call every Monday because my dumpster wasn't picked up. They couldn't figure out how to get our standard four wheel master lock open. It's the same one they have on their gate. Took the lock to them so I could show the guys how to operate it. Then they said they didn't haven't any other customers near us so the schedule was off. The business 20' away from ours has a WOA dumpster just like ours. Today is Thursday. Three calls this week, no return call, no dumpster pick up, left a message for their manager of operations yesterday at 2 pm. No call and no trash pickup today. As a business owner I don't have time to call my trash pickup company every week or go to these extremes to have my trash picked up. Look for other choices. read more

I couldn't be happier that WOA bought out the bankrupt and horrible Rolloffs Hawaii. Rolloffs had trucks that belonged in the landfill, dangerous and filthy. Renovated my house and called WOA for a dumpster. Friendly local staff, easy to speak with, and helpful. Dumpster arrived on time.
