A month and a half later: 14 unanswered calls to the shop, twice going to the store mid-day just to see a sign that said they'd be closed for a week on separate occasions without updating the hours online or giving me a call. I finally walked in today just to hear that they had never started working on my bow or arrows after all that time. Now I'm stuck a week before my hunting season without a tuned bow or arrows. No clue how this bad of customer service even happens.

Took my 2012 Trek 7300 bicycle to the Trek Bicycle Store of South Naples for a tune-up. I also…read moreasked for handlebar extensions so I could sit more upright when riding. Wow! Ardi is an expert and did a fabulous job. He replaced the chain, sprockets, grips and kickstand. He also adjusted the shocks and completely cleaned, adjusted and lubricated everything. I put a lot of miles on my bike. It feels like a brand new bicycle. The adjustment of the shocks make it ride really smooth. I called them on a Tuesday to ask how long they would have the bike for a tune-up. I was expecting him to say they would have it for two weeks. Ardi made me an appointment for the following Tuesday and said to drop it off at 11:00 and I would have it back the same day. I checked in with them at 10:30 and received a text and a phone call around 2:00 telling me the bike was ready. Ardi took the time to show me everything he did and had the old parts bagged up in case I wanted them. I took it for a test ride and one of the derailleurs needed a slight adjustment. He took care of it right on the spot. I highly recommend taking your bicycle to them for all your repair or tune-up needs.
