We recently booked 10 family members and two of them could not make the trip and they would not give us a refund of our pre-paid purchase. Although we did get a $90 credit in the gift store, the merchandise selection was of low quality and arbitrary high prices. The fishing experience was rigged to benefit their staff, friends, and regulars as they fished with select bait on one side of the boat while the newcomers like ourselves had to fish on the other side with inferior bait. All we caught were small grunts - like catching panfish. These small fish had no fight in them and we didn't know we had fish on the hook because the fish weighed less than the weight. The other side of the boat were catching game fish constantly while our catches were so small that we just returned them to the ocean. My question is why weren't we all using the same bait, equipment, and techniques as the other side of the boat. Terrible experience and will never recommend or reserve a spot on this boat again. The captain and mates made us feel like inferior inconveniences. Also, the free parking was minimal and crowded. bk

The park spans both sides of the land with features on both the Intracoastal Waterway side of A1A and the ocean side with a narrow pedestrian walkway under the bridge on both sides of the inlet. A playground, restrooms, park space and then the "show" of watching boaters try to make their way. It's a tremendous thing to watch as these folks go too slow or too fast against the current and around the small bend to get between the Ocean and the Inlet. Sadly, I've only been able to see them on the Youtube channel as the two boats this morning both chickened out. Still, a fabulous spot to get near the water and beaches. After things slowed down he asked us if we wanted to try to catch a shark over a wreck before heading in. He predicted what he expected to happen and right on cue we get a hit. My 14 year old grandson landed a 10 foot bull shark that weighed around 500 pounds. A fishing day that will never be forgotten.

He said the bike wasn't ready yet and I said clearly. He didn't apologize and was condescending stating he would've called me if it was. I said you told me an hour and I thought maybe he didn't have my correct number. He was like I will text you when it's ready and could not give me a time.The long and the short was he had the attitude that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. SO I DID. I went 5 blocks down the road to Conte Bike shop and the tech had me in and out in 10 minutes and said my tire was fine. $33 and done verses $70 quote and a waste of time. I know where I will go for my Bicycle needs and will not be at Treks.
