We stayed downstairs over my the shoes. They had alot of the Adidases and Nikes out and they look really nice, but alot of the other brands were kept in their warehouse and you must use the kiosk to request them to be brought out to try on. Once he did that I thought it would take awhile for them to go get them and hand them over, but it was maybe 5 mins or so and they were very polite about it. He tried two pair on and chose the pair that closely matched his uniform. He gave the other pair back and we took the other to the cashier, nothing to note about purchasing them, just fast and polite. Seems fine to me.

I've been wearing clothing from both over the last 4-5 years in shirts and trousers and just find them to be the best for my daily casual wear. 5.11 Tactical offers great looking clothing that fits the needs of law enforcement, first responders, and perhaps in some cases, military personnel. I find their pants and shirts comfortable, with stretch material that gives breathing room as you wear them. I especially like the various types of trousers they offer as they have multiple pocket sets (in some cases even pockets within pockets) because it gives me the space to put some small camera gear when I'm out on YouTube video shoots or doing photography for myself or my channel. Now, you won't find suits for church here but I will say their pants and shirts are certainly good enough to wear when you attend church! It's my type of wear weekly. As for value, note that 5.11 is a specialty store, which means you will pay oftentimes above what you may expect. This shop does not offer military discounts, BUT I will say that you can find great deals when they have clearance sales. I left with a bundle during my visit. Also, if you are military, you can get 5.11 Tactical apparel at the Navy Exchanges at 20 percent off or on special occasions at 40 percent off. That is to say, there are still good ways to get deals on 5.11 clothing - it's how I purchase all of mine. In addition to shirts, trousers, and shorts, you can find excellent boots and reinforced shoes designed for law enforcement and first responders here. I'd like to get a pair for trail walking - I may do that soon! The service from the employees here on this day was excellent! They took time to answer all my questions and really believe in the product they sell. So stop by 5.11 Tactical and see what you think! Hard to believe if you can't find something you like here! But this time, I had Quinn help me out with spooling my rod. He's not like the other helpful employees.. He's above and beyond that. Very personable, helpful, fun to chat and swap fish "battle" stories with. Only dealt with him for about 5 minutes but he's an awesome dude and is a great addition to the fishing community. I admittedly haven't needed anything for myself in years, however my kids have a boat and I popped into this store for Christmas gifts and a gift card. Naturally I had to walk around to see if anything caught my eye! You can't go into a store and not browse. The store is clean and has great displays featuring the latest and greatest for all of your watersports needs. I ran back to the boating section to pick up some outlets for the kids boat and grabbed a gift card so they could shop on their own. Checkout was a breeze and the young man efficient and friendly.
