I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next. I called them, they answered immediately, and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house. The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability. The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh. He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car. The service for my quarter window/rear vent replacement was $245.03. Well worth it. Thank you, Thomas!

After learning from our insurance we'd have to pay a $1,000 deductible, I shopped around. I found Casey at Xtreme Autoglass via Yelp and he quoted me nearly a hundred dollars below Safelite. Needless to say, I booked quickly. Casey walked me through the work he would do and finished quickly and expertly. He even showed me where my glass had been replaced before which was news to me. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and relieved to have saved a good bit of money on the repair. I'd only make a note that the signage in the parking lot isn't the most obvious and I was a little hesitant that I was in the right place but it's well worth the trip and the price!

I've never been somewhere that is so efficient! I'm so appreciative of all that they did for me especially on a Friday in such a quick time. I use Geico insurance and it was super easy to file a glass repair claim using the Geico app, and a different installer other than Safelite. I chose RYAN'S AUTO GLASS and am extremely happy with the choice and results - Here's why: 1) They are a Pittsburgh owned company and have several locations (support local economy) 2)They use Quality glass from Pittsburgh Plate Glass - Another locally owned business. 3) Super fast, and amazing quality work that is guaranteed (my window was replaced in one hour from the time I reported the claim and called Ryan's to do the replacement) 4) costs the same insurance deductible for a replacement as using Safelite. To summarize, it won't cost you any more money or time to both support local AND get a better product! #Recommended

The gentleman at the front desk was very rude to me and had an attitude from the start. Not sure if he was the owner. Any questions I asked about the process (since it was my first time there) he gave me attitude and acted like me being there was a bother. I decided to leave without getting the work done. I wasn't going to spend my money there after being treated that way. I went up the street a couple blocks to Miller Ace Hardware and got the glass cut for my frame without any trouble and they were so helpful. About 3 weeks ago after my ice skid…read moreaccident into a guardrail I was able to safely drive my vehicle here for a preliminary estimate. Wolbert's accepts car insurance claims and with my company they are on the preferred list. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. I was given a preliminary estimate and they were able to schedule me three days later. They told me it would take two days to complete the work. I deferred the repair until after Holy week since the car was drive able. I took the car in yesterday and got a complimentary ride home. You are given a website link with your estimate so you can check the progress of your repair. This helps greatly when there is "hidden" damage. In my case there were two other pieces needed. I was a little apprehensive as to how long it would take to get those pieces but they had them the next day. I got called mid afternoon letting me know my card was ready. They came and picked me up. I settled the deductible and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome as I waited for them to bring my car back to me. They also gave me the final estimate which would be turned into insurance so I would know the exact amount of the claim. They offered me free soft drink from the refrigerator. I loved looking at the three turtles they had acquired that had grown and were sitting on their train tracks. I should note that Wolbert's does not use genuine dealer parts which is a requirement when filing a claim with my company. Since the work being done was cosmetic and they also verified I had no mechanical damage I was grateful. The front of the car looked like it never hit anything. Also, they offer free complimentary car wash with your repair. For me that is helpful no matter what the weather because the undercarriage is what really is important when getting the car cleaned. My insurance company has warranted the repairs lifetime outside of normal wear and tear. I've used their services years ago and remembered how pleased I was with them. I feel a lot better having my own car back so I can drive again. Located on East Crafton Ave near Sarafino's they are open weekdays only. Also, note that if you arrange a rental then they will have the company bring that car to you at their business and will have them pick it up from there when the work is completed.
