She was able to get every single hair and was very thorough (getting a couple of strays with a tweezer). The waxing was pain free and the results of the wax is silky smooth. The care and precision that goes into Julia's treatments is something I hadn't heard of before from family and friends and it is something that is not a requirement from the salon as a whole (discovered this when I had to be waxed by someone else as Julia was unwell).
