Noriko was so sweet and friendly, as was the lady who checked me in at the front (I didn't get her name). The facility is clean and cozy, offering tea or water when you arrive. The facial with products includes eminence products which all smelled and felt incredible. They also specialize in Japanese Cosmo Lifting Massages and Noriko integrated some of that into my facial, which was great and something new for me. I probably need one every day for a month to really work it out, but this really helped. I took a menu and will definitely be back. Today my experience became one annoyance after another for my 'Cowshed Pedicure.' I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time, and sat waiting patiently on the sofa. Upon being seated in front of the television sets, none of the headphones seemed to be working so it was another delay to find a set that was. I was offered a complementary beverage only to have it removed before I was done. Yes, another was offered but in a 'take away' cup - as if to say, "hurry up, we're trying to close." The woman who performed my pedicure was nice enough, but also didn't seem overly bothered to ask relavent questions - was I comfortable, how was the water temperature, and when it came to the leg massage she didn't even ask if the pressure was alright until she was done. It was TOO hard - and wonder if my legs will be bruised tomorrow as I'm rather fair and do bruise easily. While I think the quality of my pedicure will be good (fingers crossed!), and varnish won't rub off tomorrow, I was left on my own to pull the paper off my own toes and slip into my flip flops to walk home. No one offered to help despite quite a few staff sticking around to tidy up/prepare for the next day. Finally, upon paying, I was asked how my pedicure went and was I happy - I said "I didn't realise it was so late!" The receptionist gave a little laugh and no apology. When service lacks, it's hard to see the good. Next time I'll just pay less and go to Prim where I know they won't try to prove to be something their not, and certainly not pay the £55 for poor service.

It's a serene and minimalist place with white walls and dark, wood floors with splashes of turquoise in the furnishings. Very modern and fresh. And while it isn't really a sit-all-day kind of place, it still has comfortable chairs in the sitting area along with water and a selection of teas. The treatment rooms and cozy, dimly lit, and warm (important on cold winter days). They specialize is facials, hair removal, mani/pedis, and massage. And the massage part is quite wonderful. I came out feeling like a new person. And because I booked a slot before 5pm on a weekday, I also received a 25 per cent discount. That was a nice surprise. My only gripe is the amount of noise made when anyone walks on the beautiful, wood flooring. It's sort of loud and distracting. Other than that, I can't really like this place. If you're in West London, I would highly recommend seeking it out!

This isn't a typical spa, you won't get a long massage, candlelight, or a variety of steam rooms and saunas, but if you're down - you'll have a great time.

I walked in around 2 pm in excruciating pain, which is a given after walking London nonstop for days. I was asked to return in 40 minutes because they were all busy. I didn't hesitate to wait outside patiently. The people getting massaged looked like they were in heaven! When my turn came, I understood why. I was lucky to get the guy I had eyed, Andy. He blew my mind. His massage was the most painful one I've ever received in the best way! Cause I was feeling brand new hours later. I loved it so much that I returned at noon the following day to get my back massaged, since the prior day I didn't have time for an hour long massage. What I wouldn't give to have a place like this near me. I highly recommend them. You can't beat the quality or the price.

My therapist was very strong and spent the entire hour massaging my foot, leg, and thighs, all while fully clothed in an open communal room.
