I recently visited Thai Kosai and had the pleasure of experiencing a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Yai as my therapist. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the facility. It was spotless and well-maintained, and there were no odd smells, which can sometimes be a concern with some spas. The cost of the massage at the time was 95 GBP, which I found to be quite reasonable for the quality of service provided. There were plenty of signs around the facility emphasizing their professionalism, making it clear that inappropriate requests would not be tolerated. This contributed greatly to the comfortable and respectful atmosphere of the place. The front desk staff spoke great English, ensuring there was never a challenge in communication during my entire visit. This level of service made the experience even more seamless and enjoyable. Yai was exceptional. Her technique was both skilled and intuitive, perfectly balancing pressure and relaxation. Typically, I prefer to go nude during massages for comfort, but out of respect for the deep tissue work and the stretching involved, I opted to keep my undergarments on. This was requested as well. Despite this, I felt at ease throughout the session. For those who are traveling, a helpful tip is that the door opens a little earlier than their official start time of 11:00 AM. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could walk in early, fill out my paperwork, pay, and wait a few minutes before the first appointment of the day. This flexibility was greatly appreciated. The only minor point I would mention is the firmness of the massage table. It is designed to support the weight of both myself and the therapist during the massage, which made it a bit firmer than what I'm used to. However, this is a very small detail and did not detract from the overall excellent experience. Without hesitation, I would come back again and highly recommend Thai Kosai to anyone looking for a professional and deeply relaxing massage. I booked online for the same day for 60mins and paid €65 total. Pretty straight forward booking process. Prices definitely higher than last time I was in London, but that's standard now. I phoned in for the a last minute reservation after other plans got cancelled. Such a nice way to spend an hour, very relaxing oasis as soon as you step down stairs. Booked online for a friend - their one hour "Thai combination" treatment. Friend absolutely loved it. Therapist was very strong and really worked out the tension. I hung about in reception and waited - very chilled out atmosphere. They said they only been open a year (we went to branch near Holborn), and it looked pretty new. We'll be back I hope! read more

Really good choice for a professional massage. Went to the Spitalfields branch, their original one I think. Have been a few times now when in the area, slightly different technique each time but always very nice. I've recommended to a few people and this place is definitely not offering any of the extra stuff that I think other places nearby do. read more

I struggled for a couple of weeks with a sore lower back and finally gave in and booked in a message. Staff was careful to warm me not to expect miracle cures and to be honest it isn't fixed but it the massage definitely helped and I can touch my toes again! Easy to find on the main road. Fantastic massage. Neighbours from the shop next door were making a noise but that's hardly their fault
