Had to get a root canal. Walked in to schedule a consult, and they got me in same day. I did end up needing a root canal and they were able to complete the procedure same day as well! Dental treatments are honestly terrifying for me, so I was extremely nervous walking into my appointment. But from the moment I sat in the chair, Dr Parsa made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. He did an amazing job. The procedure was almost completely painless, aside from the first little pinch from the anesthesia, which is pretty incredible considering how nervous I was going in. What I appreciated most was how he walked me through every step of the process. He constantly checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and always told me what he was going to do next. That made such a huge difference for someone like me who has a lot of anxiety around dental procedures. I'm so grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone, especially if you're nervous about dental work. read more

I had a root canal a while back. It was my first time and I was a bit nervous, Dr. Parsa did a wonderful job making sure that I was comfortable. He explained everything step by step. I got numbed and it was as painless as it could be. I had follow up questions post recovery- Dr. Parsa and his team were very responsive to my needs. I recently went in for a follow up appointment and was received with friendly front desk service. Dr. Parsa's dental assistants are all so nice and accommodating. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but my experience with Dr. Parsa was SO good that I felt compelled to. I've had to have multiple root canals in my life and Dr. Parsa was by far the best, and it's not even close. Pricing is extremely reasonable without any upsell / unnecessary bloat. The calm, professional demeanor of both him and the staff really stood out. I am terrified of dental work in general and they made me feel extremely comfortable. They lean into the newest technology, as well as focus just on endodontics -- so they do it exceptionally well. Will be my go-to recommendation for anyone who needs endodontic work in the future. read more

I had just moved to LA and needed a root canal due to pain I had been monitoring for some time. I didn't even have a dentist but went with West LA Endodontics based on the reviews. Everyone was rrally nuce and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was treated by Dr. Hubbi. She did an amazing job. It's been a few months now and everything is still good. I haven't had any issues. Highly recommend! read more

I recently had a root canal done by Dr Parsa at West LA Endodontics. I have to say, without any exaggeration, that this was the single best experience I have had in a dental office! From the numbing injections (and this was an upper rear molar, so a tricky tooth to work on) to the final beat of the procedure, Dr Parsa was so communicative, professional, and fast. I felt zero pain throughout, and only slight discomfort hours later. Most importantly, the tooth that was giving me problems is better than new! His team is super friendly and on top of their game too, and you could tell they all like working there. As a new patient, I filled out a fairly comprehensive intake form online. I have to say, at first I was a little irritated, but then I actually appreciated the detail of the questions, and wondered why no other practitioner had asked them!? Dr Parsa is an artist, and a leader in his field. He knows how to use the latest technological advancements and next level tools to make sure that his patients are well taken care of. I really (I mean really!) hope that I never need another root canal. But if I do, I know where I am going! Thank you Dr Parsa!! read more

After my initial review, I received a very kind phone call from the office about the misunderstanding regarding the consultation costs. I truly appreciated the follow-up and the care they showed in addressing this. The staff were kind, and I appreciate the effort they made to ensure a better experience moving forward. read more

Dr. Parsa and his team have my highest endorsement for their consummate professionalism, client/patient centricity, office cleanliness, and onsite state-of-the-art technology. This is my second visit to Dr. Parsa. The experience was even better than my first visit. Dr. Parsa examined me for an issue I am having due to an infection starting to build around a previous root canal. His examination was thorough. And, he went to great care to explain the nature of my current condition and the possible remedies available. In fact, he explained that removing the tooth and doing an implant might be the most viable option given the age and condition of my tooth. What's important about this suggestion is to understand that he would not profit from an implant; it's outside the scope of his practice. Rather, he put my dental health first by offering me the best options to meet my needs. This is the sign of a caring professional. As always, the staff and West LA Endodontics were cordial and caring. My interactions with Claudia were particularly noteworthy. She is patient, informative, and, most of all, concerned with my wellbeing. If you need high-quality, caring endodontic services, I recommend West LA Endodontics without hesitation. read more

the whole office is kind and friendly. Dr Parsa is a real pro. He is correcting and re-doing old root canals that were done incorrectly and have become infected. He was relaxed and mellow through the whole procedure. And made sure that I was comfortable, and pain free. he kept me at ease and calm. I was nervous going in to the the root canal and the procedure was much easier then I thought it would be. I wish I had gone to his practice 10 years ago and had the root canal done by him in the first place. Also. He preformed a root canal on a tooth that had a crown on it. He was able to save the crown so that means it will not need to be replaced right away. which saves me about $2000.00 on my next dental visit. I very much trust this practice. Professionals and perfectionist, which is what you want with dental work! read more

Dr. Parsa is the best endodontist. I am so grateful for all the root canal work Dr.Parsa performed on my teeth. When I came to Dr. Parsa for the first time, I had a lot of infections in my root canals. He was THE ONLY endodontist who knew how to fix complicated root canal cases like mine was. He did what no other endodontists could do. He treated and saved ALL my 6 teeth, which had major infections in the root canals for years. He performed very complicated root canal re-treatments for my #2 and #3 teeth (in 2022), and he did root canal re-treatments for my #7 and #10 teeth (in 2023). I am especially thankful for the complicated apicoectomy surgery he performed on my tooth 7 (in 2024), where he removed a huge infection, and the healing was amazing. He is an amazing person -- very knowledgeable, highly professional, detail-oriented, skilled, very experienced, and really knows teeth. He has an excellent bedside manner. I had an incredible experience during his root canal procedures from beginning to end. He explained everything to me throughout the entire process and showed me the pictures of my teeth he had worked on. Every time I walked out of his office, I was so happy with my results. I can really trust Dr.Parsa. I am glad I am his patient. I had a wonderful experience in his office. Dr. Parsa's office is very friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The service is wonderful! Had the best root canal experience with Dr Parsa at West LA Endodontics! Many, many years ago I got my amalgam fillings replaced with porcelain. Because the size of the filling in my molar was so large and had shifted over time, I needed an on-lay/partial crown to replace it. The work failed in less than a year and that dental office wouldn't honor guaranteeing their work because the fine print said I would've to have gotten X-rays at every cleaning. I was angry and left that office but never found a new dentist. I've taken good care of my teeth but because the molar was broken and exposed for so long, all these years later it needed a root canal. I found West LA Endodontics online. I was able to get an appointment quickly within two days. I thought it was for the actual procedure but it was only for the consultation, X-rays and CT scan, although they do offer emergency services. Dr Parsa was through, explained everything and showed a video that also explained root canals. He asked if I had any questions and encouraged me to have some when I didn't and we scheduled for a couple of weeks out. Now for the best part, the actual root canal went wonderful!!! He talked me through every aspect of the procedure. Put topical numbing cream in my mouth before using the syringe and warned when I may feel a pinch, pressure or pain. I didn't feel pain at all. My actual tooth roots were smaller than usual which made him have to work harder and a little longer but he explained all of it as he went. He warned when I would feel or smell something. In the end he showed me pictures and X-rays of the completed work. He prescribed ibuprofen for pain and an antibiotic to take only if I experienced swelling post procedure. I did take one round of pain meds later that night as the numbing was subsiding just so the pain didn't become too much but when I woke the next morning I didn't have pain! I had some slight soreness but that's all. I am 1 week post procedure and I have not taken any more meds and no trace of pain or soreness. I was shocked that I had no pain after actual dental surgery! I get my crown from a dentist they referred, who is in the same building on a different floor, in a couple of weeks. I don't plan on being back because I don't anticipate needing any more root canals but I Highly recommend Dr Parsa and West LA Endodontics!! read more

I had my first consultation with Dr. Parsa this week. He was recommended to me by my general dentist. My experience was smooth, stress free & enjoyable (as enjoyable as a tooth evaluation can be, hehe). I'll be having my first root canal procedure performed by Dr. Parsa next week. I feel at peace about my situation because my first meeting with Doctor, Janette, & the entire staff was so lovely. He was so honest, thorough, and was happy to stay with me until all my questions/concerns were answered. Special shout out to the technicians too!
