After putting $20 bucks into the machine, I headed into the market for something close to drink. To my chagrin, I did not find the cold drinks I wanted to be cold. Looking through drink after drink, I finally found the apple juice to be nice and cold. It was the best two $2.00 I spent at that moment. The cashier was friendly, but it looked like he would rather be somewhere else on a nice hot day like this. If the store has been selling a lot of drinks today, cool. I can understand why all the drink I came across were warm. If the refrigerators for the drinks are malfunctioning, get them fixed. Aside from that, my experience here was good.

I think prices are set by law for inspections but they're reasonably priced. I'll be back here for inspections and I'd check them out for car related issues. They also have pretty good gas prices and the pumps have a canopy so you stay dry in the rain, unlike the station across the street.

I guess the major reason why I needed to write this review to being with is the pricing. I've been in the area for maybe half a year, and unfortunately the closest Costco gas station to me is a 30 minute drive. However, for me this station is about half the distance. For some unexplained reason, compared to other AAA gas stations in Falls Church/Arlington, the premium gas here is consistently 20 cents/gallon lower than competitors. Those savings are too good not to praise.

I work in VA but live in MD so my drive thru as about 25-30 minutes. I get to location and inform them that I'm there for an oil change. I was told to park car by glass doors and come in. I stood in line for over 20 mins while salesperson kept pressing the customer before me to get work done on his car. Asking the customer if his JOB is more important than his car. He kept hounding the customer to get the work done today and was adamant about it being done asap. The customer stated they had to come back another day due to work. The customer I believe got a diagnostic done on the car because they were discussing several things that needed to be done. The customer wanted to take the diagnostic report with him so it could show the breakdown down of work and the charges. The sales person refused to allow the customer to have it. Now if a person PAYS for a diagnostic done on a car then they also pay for the report from that diagnostic. So again after waiting 20-30 minutes in line it was finally my turn. I tell the same sales person I'm here for an oil change and I had a Groupon. As soon as he heard Groupon his entire attitude and demeanor changed. He then states I would have to leave my car because they won't be able to get to my car until 5pm/6pm and I had arrived at 10am. There was ONE car in the bay. Why would you have me stand in line for almost 30 minutes if YOU couldn't get to my car right away? I explained how far I drove and that I called ahead. He kept cutting me off. So I told him I would report him to Groupon and let Groupon know how he treats customers with Groupon. If you're upset that customers are using Groupon then don't partner with Groupon. I go to my car and immediately report him be the business to Groupon. As I'm reporting one of the mechanics comes out to my car and says they are ready for my oil change. I explained what the sales person said and he was even confused because he said they had space in the bay for another car and that they weren't busy and could do the oil change. Not a good experience as a first time customer and I will never be back. Very unprofessional and they pressure people to commit to the work needing to be done right then and there. Went to another location 10 mins away and was treated with professionalism, respect, integrity and honesty.

Often a good 20-40 cents per gallon cheaper than the larger, more well-known gas stations. Will generally be around the same price (slightly cheaper or slightly more expensive) as Costco gas. Only 4 or so gas pumps so there's sometimes a small line, though the line tends to go quickly. But given the pricing I'll be a regular here going forward for sure.

However, I bypassed it and decided to go farther down the road to a gasoline station I knew was there. Well whoa and behold, I found this gas station us selling gas for $3.46 per gallon. Sunoco is selling gasoline for $3.99 per gallon for a few weeks now. My boss is happy I stopped by this Crown Gasoline Station. She now wants me to go here until a better offer comes along. I have found this station to be busy at times, because of the low price. My shuttle bus has a large backside, but she can hold a lot of fuel. Saving money does help for my company out. If I can find a place that offers better gasoline prices, I'm going to do it. I have yet to check out the tiny market at the gasoline station, but I might do this the next time I am there. I did find the staff at Crown to be pleasant to be around. This business is under new management and the staff I have seen do speak Spanish and English.

After waiting in line for about half an hour with three cars ahead of me, I went through and after going through the dryer., I immediately saw that you get what you pay for. While the car was no longer filthy, it still had a thin layer of grime on it, which is is not noticeable on the paint, but was very easy to see on the windshield where the wipers don't reach. I felt the grit on my hood with my fingers. Maybe if I had kept my car a little cleaner on the outside and not waited so long between washes, this pass through might have been acceptable. But if your vehicle has a lot of crud on it, clean it yourself!
