Dr. Wang's team of technicians performed a hair transplant on me that left me with a botched, uneven, unsightly, and unnatural hairline. When I spoke with family members and medical professionals, they unanimously said the following: -I should have been shown different hairlines prior to the transplant using 3-D imaging or AI-powered simulation. That would have given me the opportunity to provide input as I never would have agreed to that awful hairline I was left with. -The hairline lacked symmetry, and artistry and there was no regard for the fact that ethnic and cultural considerations should be apart of the design process (there was no design process by the way). -Considering how awful the hairline looked, I should have been offered a refund. -To fix the botched hairline, I had to spend a significant amount of money on SMP. read more

Bonnie and Lori are very nice. I really like them and want to give a good review. I felt very rushed the last time when i was there--no fault of Bonnie but I wish that when doing the facial she could have had more time to got the most prominent of my clogged pores. I had 4 really bad ones and they weren't extracted at all. I feel like if we just had more time she could have. Also she didn't seem to have enough time to do the IPL. It didn't cover my entire face but was more random spots. I love Bonnie but I just think she didn't have enough time. In any case, after coming here at least 5 times and spending a lot I see no difference in my skin. It is uneven still and blotchy with enlarged pores and red. I had 2 ipl, clear and brilliant, and facial over the months. Also the Botox was so minimal that it didn't really make a difference. Although it's better than having a frozen face, I do want to see some difference. I really want to be nice because I like them so much but I can't keep paying for services that don't deliver. I liked the initial laser Bonnie did as she got every nook and cranny but this time I felt too rushed. I wanted to get other things by this practice but now I'm afraid I'd just be wasting money. I tried to speak with the office manager a few times to address this before writing this review to no avail. I guess the practice is very busy and overwhelmed so it's just kinda like a fast food type experience in skin care, which isn't what I was looking for. I'm so sad. read more

My experience from day one to end has been great. I dislike Doctors. They scare me. They make me nervous but at no point did I ever feel that way with Dr.Ruff. I can honestly say that this practice is amazing! A cool point about this place is that they have an OR which means you aren't going to wait for a hospital to get a bed. I might add that while here for my Pre-Op another happy customer was telling me about her surgery and that it had literally changed her life. That was heart warming to know. Norah is wonderful and has a great approach. She is honest and listens to you to see what you're looking for and is honest about what you're able to achieve. I've been coming to Christy at WEPS for botox for the past several years and she is absolutely fantastic! She's so good at working with a guy (me) that has very strong facial muscles. The trick, of course, is to not overdo it and look frozen, but Christy strikes the right balance every time! My natural results still require a lot of units but I've been to several other injectors and Christy gives me the best results. Another thing I like about her method is that she doesn't ever leave me with any tell-tale bruise marks. She's efficient and to-the-point, while also being friendly with a soothing bedside manner. He is one of the leading doctors to use these types of methods to treat the painful Lipedema that I was experiencing. I am a 48 year old male whose chin was never very pronounced. I took the plunge and set up a consultation. This was not an easy decision for me, I was very worried that the results of any procedure would leave me looking or even feeling artificial - I've never had a cosmetic surgery. I don't post reviews often but feel compelled to write something for West End Plastic Surgery. When I arrived for the consultation I was impressed. The front desk staff and the registered medical assistant were nice and efficient. Dr. Cohen was friendly, patient, and clear which went a long way to soothe my apprehension. He recommended the deep plane face and neck lift, with a chin implant which sounded like a lot of work, but he took his time to explain the procedure. I felt like his answers, to my questions, were intended to inform me, rather than trying to convince me. During our conversation I realized that his expectations for my outcomes matched and, in some cases, exceeded mine. That day I also met Debra Schrag, the Administrator and was just as impressed with her efficient and helpful attitude as I was with Dr. Cohen. I just wanted this whole thing to go smoothly and felt like she would make sure that happened. I was quite nervous going into the procedure, but Nurse Samantha Marzi and Anesthesiologist John Bing were amazing at keeping me comfortable and positive. I had the surgery about a month ago and I'm very pleased with the results - it's exactly what I wanted, yet so subtle that my own family didn't realize that I had the procedure. There has been less recovery than what I was expecting. I'm glad that I decided to take this step with Dr. Cohen and WEPS.
