Everything else they did a really good job. All the cleaners and the owner are all very nice people and they are more than happy to isten to and respond to your requests. I would like to give the team and the owner the benefit of the doubt and suggest that they might be so busy and possibly overbooked that they are experiencing some growing pains in terms of scheduling and managing jobs and hours. I believe a distinction should be made between scheduled house cleanings and move out cleaning. I feel that this cleaning service would be very good for people that require daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning of their homes but not so good for move out cleaning service as move outs require a lot more attention to details and can be time consuming.
