They came out the next day after I called requesting a quote, and when they arrived they not only gave me a bid, but also said they could do the work right then and there. They had taken the initiative to bring the right color shingles and their approach to the repair was perfect for the circumstances (old roof - we just need to make it a few more years). In addition to doing the job requested, they also helped with a temporary repair to our damaged gutters. They also helped fix a gutter drain issue that was causing an annoying drip where we sit at our deck. Overall these are skilled craftsmen who are easy to work with and charge a fair price. When we arrived, we were told that the house wasn't ready, leaving us homeless with three cats for 2 weeks. We had to pay for a hotel, and to store our cars and furniture for two weeks costing a small fortune No apologies, nothing. He said he would call back at that point to schedule an inspection. While we waited, rain periodically leaked through the ceiling. In the third or fourth week of Feb., not having heard from him, we called and left two messages three days apart without response. We left an email message and it's now been three days without any contact. Seth is obviously very busy, but if he can't bother to communicate and wastes your precious time better spent finding someone who's actually willing to show up, why bother in the first place?
