He told me has was able to help with the plumbing portion of a complete bathroom remodel. His only warning was that he was out a couple weeks. I knew this would slow down our project, but he seemed knowledgeable and based on their reviews competent. He told me the earliest he could be on site was Tuesday 10/6. Over the next two weeks I reached out over a dozen times via text and phone calls trying to get pricing and lock in the work. At every instance I was told that my job was still scheduled for 10-6 and that pricing would be coming that night when he got home. On 10-5 I texted to see when he was starting even though he had never provided pricing. He then informed me that parts were delayed until 10/9. This morning he finally sent me pricing which was double the other quotes I received. I called and said I felt this was all unprofessional, and he hung up me. Home remodels are tough on everyone. Finding reliable craftsmen is the most important step. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

But every morning I make eggs for my Standard Poodle, and apparently I've been sending the shells down the garbage disposal for years. As it turns out: egg shells + grease + time = a very expensive science experiment. Eric and Luis from USA Drain and Plumbing Works came to the rescue. They explained that our drains needed a full cleaning after years of buildup from oil and my "oops" egg shell habit. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel silly for not knowing that egg shells don't belong in the disposal. What impressed me most was their respect for our home. They wore paper shoe covers while walking on our carpet--a small touch that speaks volumes. Excellent service, great communication, and now both my drains and I are much wiser. The poodle is still getting his eggs, but the egg shells are officially retired from plumbing duty. Highly recommend Eric, Luis, and USA Drain and Plumbing Works!

Superb customer care! We called yesterday afternoon for a plumbing urgency (bathtub filling up and…read moretoilet overflowing when washing machine discharged its water), and they had a technician out to us today. Our technician, Mark, arrived on time and was very friendly, polite, and professional. He was so patient as I poorly explained the sequence of events, and never did I feel rushed through his entire visit. My husband is out of town, and Mark was so great to relay everything he said to me and repeat it to my husband over the phone (over 2 separate calls), so we could both have a thorough understanding. Never did I feel like we were being price gouged; in fact, he did his best to work within our budgetary means and managed to fix the current problem! He's very knowledgeable and was able to explain how things work in a manner that an inexperienced, non-plumber can understand. He went above and beyond showing me a few other helpful ways to maintain our plumbing and fixtures, so we don't need to summon a plumber on a regular basis. I even learned about the hard water that we have across the valley, and how pressure works from the main line to the house. I feel as if I went to a mini-seminar about house plumbing...lol...I actually learned quite a lot! And a side note for women who are home alone, because I know this can be a concern for some when it comes to bringing a male technician into your home...Mark was an absolute doll. Very friendly, sweet, and non-threatening. Very kind, never talked down to me even though I was oblivious when it comes to plumbing, and I felt perfectly safe with him in my home. Be sure to request him if this is a concern of yours! Finally, to Wes Clarke Plumbing, THANK YOU for hiring quality people and for providing great customer service for your clients. Your boy, Mark, deserves a raise...a bonus, at the very least! He is the reason why we will be your repeat customer going forward. The only tiny "complaint" I have (not really a complaint; it just bums me out) is that you don't service Joshua Tree. We'd love to have you guys come up there to service our high desert property! Perhaps a future expansion?! ;-)

Fine, so they fixed 3 of the 10 items listed on the quote and it took an hour and 45 mins. With two people. Two angle stops and a shortened drain. My contractor shows up and asked all the questions you'd expect and says I overpaid and still need another plumber to come back and fix it all. Gave me a new plumber to contact, (who has 30 years experience in the valley)he came over and fixed everything in less than an hour and put together our vanity plumbing for free. Just to be nice. His price was fair and still less than my updated price from these guys. I had to call Randal's multiple times to get someone on the phone to explain why this happened. Excuses. Daniel and his assistant did an awesome job. The leak was very difficult to find because it was a pinhole leak from a pipe that was stacked on top of another pipe.
