However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!

This place is a JOKE. Most of their emails do NOT include an unsubscribe button (which is non-compliant with the anti spam laws) and they also pretty much force you/your data into their research database. I filled out paperwork with no marketing/no research specified and they ignored it altogether. They also will ask for PII if you respond to an email with the subject of Unsubscribe.....ridic, and not required in any way to remove an email address from a database. Seems they care not ONE iota about what is good for anyone other than their larger purposes as a humongous chain of clinics. Wish I had never heard of them. Oh, they also charge double or triple what most other, non-chain derm clinics I have been to charge for procedures.

The office never provided me with a cost estimate for the actual medical procedure, despite repeated requests. I ended up canceling it two days before the scheduled date due to not knowing how much I would be charged. I contacted their office manager and corporate customer service several times over 3 months. They said they'd review the $45 charge, but I never received follow up. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of cost transparency, surprise billing, and unresponsive customer service by this practice. Highly recommend avoiding them and finding another provider if you're looking for a dermatologist in Northern Colorado.
