As a student, I…read morewas very hesitant to schedule an appointment, given healthcare can be kind of price-y, but I scheduled anyway b/c I had a persistent issue I was quite nervous about, and reviews for this place were great! However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!

After being brought back into the exam room with no, absolutely not a single identity check (even at check in), she stated that it would be just like last time (I'd never done it before). The hygiene was awful, there was a used tray with gloves, a used, needle, vile and wipe behind the table. They sent my prescription to a random pharmacy. This place should be shut down before it causes harm.

They penciled me in at 11:30 with Traci, the Physicians Assistant, and were BEYOND courteous on the phone. I was pretty upset when they called them and they were so so so nice about it. I arrived early, so they got me in early. I was seen immediately by the extremely friendly staff and the PA. I first heard about this company (now CMD Skin Solutions, Chinese Medicine Clinic and Skincare Lab)…read morein Fort Collins, Colorado a few years back, read up on them and ordered lip balms and skin care products because I liked the representation of the company and how they sourced their products... free from pesticides, heavy metals, pathogenic microbes etc... When my shipment arrived I was pleasantly pleased with each use and have been using the products since then. They don't use steroids, petroleum based ingredients, artificial fragrances/colorants, harmful synthetic ingredients or parabens which is a major plus for me. The lip balms have been life changing , especially in the Winter months when lips can become dry and cracked. The healing and moisturizing skin products are just as effective and phenomenal. If you live in the area you can pick your order up personally or if you're out of state like me, the company will ship. Do yourself a favor and google the company, read/research and purchase. I believe you'll be glad you did!
