However, I felt like the Dr. only spent 5-10 mins with me, was rushing through the appointment, and even got up once as if he was about to leave when I was about to ask a question. While I get that he might've had a busy day, it didn't really feel like he was fully listening to my concerns, which was quite disappointing given the money I have to spend out of pocket towards my deductible ($100+ for what was a ~5-10 min appointment). I would suggest going elsewhere, especially if you're a student. Reception team was great, however!

I arrived early, so they got me in early. I was seen immediately by the extremely friendly staff and the PA. They LISTENED to everything I said and were able to accurately and quickly diagnose my five-time-misdiagnosed skin condition. This place is amazing. I'll never go anywhere else.

The office never provided me with a cost estimate for the actual medical procedure, despite repeated requests. I ended up canceling it two days before the scheduled date due to not knowing how much I would be charged. I contacted their office manager and corporate customer service several times over 3 months. They said they'd review the $45 charge, but I never received follow up. I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of cost transparency, surprise billing, and unresponsive customer service by this practice. Highly recommend avoiding them and finding another provider if you're looking for a dermatologist in Northern Colorado.

They said they sent me a text a few days ago and I didn't confirm appt. I checked the text. It was sent 4 days ago. It was so long that I briefly checked it and then didn't see in fine print that I was to confirm appt. I think this is a poor practice. Older adults often don't constantly check texts and there is a fair amount of spam going on . We can miss the fine print. Please reconsider this practice of cancelling appt without actually talking to the patient! Some of us travel from other cities, or have other plans that they rearrange to make these appointments.

I first heard about this company (now CMD Skin Solutions, Chinese Medicine Clinic and Skincare Lab)…read morein Fort Collins, Colorado a few years back, read up on them and ordered lip balms and skin care products because I liked the representation of the company and how they sourced their products... free from pesticides, heavy metals, pathogenic microbes etc... When my shipment arrived I was pleasantly pleased with each use and have been using the products since then. They don't use steroids, petroleum based ingredients, artificial fragrances/colorants, harmful synthetic ingredients or parabens which is a major plus for me. The lip balms have been life changing , especially in the Winter months when lips can become dry and cracked. The healing and moisturizing skin products are just as effective and phenomenal. If you live in the area you can pick your order up personally or if you're out of state like me, the company will ship. Do yourself a favor and google the company, read/research and purchase. I believe you'll be glad you did!
