When I called the office to report it the young lady that answered got upset cause I said he wasn't attempting and gave up. She also needs training in customer assistance. Most likely the owners daughter or something cause of how easily offended she got. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this company.

When I contacted my dealer on Monday, they asked for the original battery as it was under warranty. However, the battery had been discarded by 5 Brothers. The dealership couldn't replace a third-party battery, leading to confusion. I reached out to 5 Brothers to ask for the original battery and the manager's rude attitude made it difficult to resolve the issue, leaving my questions unanswered. Fortunately, the owner refunded $100 to compensate for the manager's nasty attitude and the confusion and answered all my questions. PS: I strongly suggest reconsidering the employment of your manager. Her unprofessional attitude reflects poorly on your business, appearing shady and fraudulent to customers. Blocking and ignoring inquiries from paying customers is unacceptable behavior and damages your reputation. If genuine assistance is required, it's best to speak directly with the owner, as the manager's dismissive attitude only exacerbates the situation.
